Y公司质量追溯体系基于数字化技术优化研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着社会发展和人民生活水平的不断提升,人们对个人清洁和身体美化的重视程度不断提升,化妆品作为日常消费品的重要性日益凸显。消费者对化妆品的需求不再局限于基本的清洁功能,而是向多样化、个性化和高端化方向发展。这一趋势不仅推动了化妆品行业的蓬勃发展,也使得市场竞争日趋激烈。然而,化妆品生产企业的质量管理水平参差不齐,导致质量问题频繁曝光,成为影响消费者权益和市场健康发展的关键问题。Y公司作为一家专注于为酒店行业提供一次性洗护产品的新兴化妆品企业,现行质量追溯体系难以有效完成追踪原材料采购、生产、检验、销售等各个环节的质量追溯需求,一旦出现质量问题,很难迅速定位问题的根源,导致召回成本增加,甚至影响公司的声誉和品牌形象。鉴于Y公司在质量追溯体系方面存在的问题及其可能带来的后果,开展Y公司质量追溯体系数字化优化研究,能够帮助Y公司更加精准地把控产品质量的关键控制点,全面提升其质量追溯体系的水平,有效保证产品的质量和合规性,对于推动企业的稳定和谐发展具有积极的意义。本文以Y公司为研究对象,以国内外的质量追溯研究成果和质量追溯相关理论为指导,深入审视并分析Y公司当前质量追溯体系,通过访谈与现场观察调研发现该公司质量追溯体系运行中的不足和问题。针对问题对该公司质量追溯体系进行了数字化优化,以通过数字化优化提升Y公司质量追溯体系的效率和作用,保障公司产品的质量和安全。本文首先介绍了Y公司的基本情况,包括公司概况、组织架构、产品和业务流程,然后详细分析了Y公司质量追溯体系的现状,包括职能分配、框架结构及各方面现状,阐述了质量追溯体系追溯方法与流程。接着,通过访谈法和现场观察,对Y公司的质量追溯体系进行了全面的实地调研,发现其质量追溯体系运行中存在的一些问题。最后,设定了数字化优化目标,确定了采用数字化手段作为优化体系的核心途径,据此设计了一套数字化优化方案,并对其进行了试运行测试,以确保优化措施的有效性和可行性。结果显示,过该数字化追溯系统后期的正式实施,会增强Y公司对原材料、生产过程和最终产品的全面监控能力,有效提高Y公司对问题产品的追溯效率和精准度。

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the development of society and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the importance placed on personal cleanliness and body beautification has been increasingly highlighted.Cosmetics,as daily consumer goods,have become increasingly significant.Consumers’demands for cosmetics are no longer limited to basic cleaning functions but are developing towards diversification,personalization,and premiumization.This trend not only promotes the vigorous development of the cosmetics industry but also makes market competition increasingly fierce.However,the quality management levels of cosmetic production enterprises vary greatly,leading to frequent exposure of quality issues,which have become a key issue affecting consumer rights and the healthy development of the market.Company Y,as a new cosmetic enterprise focusing on providing disposable洗护products for the hotel industry,finds it difficult for its current quality traceability system to effectively meet the needs of tracing the quality of raw material procurement,production,inspection,and sales.Once quality issues arise,it is challenging to quickly locate the root cause,resulting in increased recall costs and even affecting the company’s reputation and brand image.Given the problems in Company Y’s quality traceability system and the potential consequences,conducting research on the digital optimization of Company Y’s quality traceability system is expected to help Company Y more precisely control the key control points of product quality,comprehensively improve the level of its quality traceability system,effectively ensure the quality and compliance of its products,and has positive significance for promoting the stable and harmonious development of the enterprise.This thesis takes Company Y as the research object,guided by the research results on quality traceability at home and abroad and relevant theories on quality traceability,deeply examines and analyzes the current quality traceability system of Company Y.Through interviews and on-site observations,it identifies the deficiencies and problems in the operation of Company Y’s quality traceability system.In response to these issues,the thesis digitally optimizes the company’s quality traceability system to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Company Y’s quality traceability system through digital optimization,ensuring the quality and safety of the company’s products.This thesis first introduces the basic situation of Company Y,including the company profile,organizational structure,products,and business processes,then analyzes the current status of Company Y’s quality traceability system in detail,including functional allocation,framework structure,and the status quo of various aspects,and elaborates on the traceability methods and processes of the quality traceability system.Next,through interviews and on-site observations,a comprehensive field investigation of Company Y’s quality traceability system is conducted,identifying some problems in its operation.Finally,digital optimization goals are set,and digital means are determined as the core approach to optimizing the system.Based on this,a set of digital optimization plans are designed and tested for trial operation to ensure the effectiveness and feasibility of the optimization measures.The results show that the expected implementation of the digital traceability system in the later stage will enhance Company Y’s comprehensive monitoring capabilities for raw materials,production processes,and final products,effectively improving the efficiency and accuracy of tracing quality issues for Company Y’s products.
