【摘要】 家族企业是一种超越社会制度和经济发展阶段的企业形式,中西方家族企业发展实践表明其已经成为现代企业的基本形式之一。当代我国家族企业的发展壮大是改革开放的成果,作为我国民营企业的主要组成部分,二十多年来,其快速稳定的发展极大地推动了社会主义市场经济建设的步伐。尽管家族企业与家族制管理存在质的区别,但通过对发达市场国家家族企业发展阶段的划分,并分析当代我国家族企业的现状,可知我国家族企业总体上正在进行家族制管理的实践。我国家族企业能够迅速发展,在于建立在企业成员之间信任关系之上的内部管理成本低廉和信息渠道畅通。通过调查研究可知,我国家族企业发展的核心资源是信任。本文在对信任的涵义、分类及中国人信任的特点加以分析的基础上,找出我国家族企业中信任的类型,得出信任资源在我国家族企业发展中处于核心地位的结论。家族企业发展的优势得益于血亲关系所产生的优良信任资源,其管理模式与现代公司治理截然相反,然而二者却在运作过程中形成了目的上合理的契合。在当代我国,家族企业面临横向和纵向二维发展,而其所要求的信任资源优化却为家族信任所局限。通过对我国家族企业发展路径的分析,得出优化信任资源在家族企业的发展中意义重大,并借助博弈方法分析家族企业与职业经理人之间关系,得出家族企业必须进行控制权革命,优化传统信任资源,并在此基础上完善制度保障体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 Family business is a kind of enterprise that has being existed for a centuries.It is true that this kind has become one of the basic forms of modern enterprises.Family business,an important form of the Chinese non-public ownership enterprises,promotes the development of the socialist economy efficiently.It is has many difference between family business and autocratic management measure.Now Chinese family business is in the second phase by analyzing the development of family business in developed countries.The excellence of Chinese family business is based on low cost of management and rapid communication.By analyzing the meaning an kinds of trust,I get the idea that how to understand the trust in Chinese family business.The resource of trust among familial members brings the advantage in enterprise’s developing.Although family business and modern company have completely different governance structures,they have the same aim.Nowadays Chinese family business’ s developing meets some obstacles brought by familial trust.Chinese family business is faced with some obstacles such as law,management and trust,so I have find the system of relationship between family business and professional manage by game theory.In my opinion,family business needs a governing reform and a protective system.更多还原
