【副题名】以丁马港村为例

【摘要】 传统村落承载着独特的地域文化,其生态格局、人文资源、建筑风貌等都具有独特的魅力与研究价值,可以体现出我国居住形态的多样性。然而随着经济的发展和城市化进程的快速推进,大量村落的历史风貌遭到破坏,传统文化逐渐衰落,并且村落的物质功能已经无法满足村民当下的实际需求,不少村落出现老龄化与空心化的现象。因此,如何保护传统村落历史文化资源、如何改善村落的人居环境是目前亟需解决的问题。本文以盐城传统村落为研究对象,首先对国内外传统村落保护与更新的理论以及实际案例进行研究,以此作为本文的研究基础。其次,选取十一个盐城传统村落进行深入调研,结合文献资料,总结归纳了盐城传统村落的选址特征、类型特征以及具体的空间形态特征。挖掘盐城传统村落的保护价值、分析当前的保护模式,并根据调研结果从人居环境、文化传承、发展动力三方面总结现状问题。接着,以丁马港村为典型个案进行研究,对丁马港村的现状特征进行研究分析,总结当前存在的现状问题。以政策法规以及村落的实际需求作为依据,明确保护与更新的目标和原则,从物质空间与非物质文化两方面对丁马港村搭建整体性保护框架,并提出整体性保护与更新策略。最后,以丁马港村的整体保护以及更新策略为基础,引导盐城传统村落的整体性保护与更新工作。盐城传统村落的整体性保护应注重村落周边自然环境、整体格局以及非物质文化,并提出了整合优势资源,明确发展方向;延续历史风貌,传承传统文化;重塑物质空间,提升居住品质;尊重村民主体,推动多方参与四大更新策略。本文从宏观视角探讨盐城传统村落的发展演变,并根据对典型村落进行调研总结分析盐城传统村落特征、保护价值、保护模式与当下的共性问题。以丁马港村为具体研究对象,探讨整体性保护与更新策略,以期为盐城传统村落的整体性保护与更新工作提供借鉴和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Traditional villages carry unique regional culture.Their ecological patterns,human resources,architectural styles,etc.all have unique charm and research value,and can reflect the diversity of residential forms in our country.However,with the rapid development of the economy and the rapid advancement of urbanization,the historical features of a large number of villages have been destroyed,traditional culture has gradually been lost,and the material functions of the villages can no longer meet the actual needs of the villagers.Many villages have become aging and hollow phenomenon.Therefore,how to protect the historical and cultural resources of traditional villages and improve the living environment of the villages is an urgent problem that needs to be solved.This article takes the traditional villages of Yancheng as the research object.It first studies the theories and practical cases of the conservation and renewal of traditional villages at home and abroad as the research basis of this article.Secondly,eleven traditional villages in Yancheng were selected for in-depth research,and combined with literature,the site selection characteristics,type characteristics and specific spatial morphological characteristics of Yancheng traditional villages were summarized.Explore the conservation value of Yancheng’s traditional villages,analyze the current protection model,and summarize the current issues from three aspects: human settlement environment,cultural inheritance,and development momentum based on the survey results.Then,taking Dingmagang Village as a typical case study,the current situation characteristics of Dingmagang Village are studied and analyzed,and the current existing problems are summarized.Based on policies,regulations and the actual needs of the village,we clarify the goals and principles of conservation and renewal,build a comprehensive protection framework for Dingmagang Village from both the physical space and intangible culture aspects,and propose a comprehensive conservation and renewal strategy.Finally,based on the overall conservation and renewal strategy of Dingmagang Village,the overall conservation and renewal work of Yancheng’s traditional villages is guided.The overall conservation of traditional villages in Yancheng should pay attention to the natural environment,overall pattern and intangible culture around the village,and proposes integrating superior resources and clarifying the direction of development;continuing the historical style and inheriting traditional culture;reshaping the physical space and improving the quality of living;respecting Villagers are the main body and promote multi-party participation in the four major renewal strategies.This article explores the development and evolution of Yancheng’s traditional villages from a macro perspective,and summarizes and analyzes the characteristics,conservation values,conservation models and current common issues of Yancheng’s traditional villages based on a survey of typical villages.Taking Dingmagang Village as a specific research object,the overall conservation and renewal strategies are discussed,with a view to providing reference for the overall conservation and renewal of traditional villages in Yancheng.更多还原
