【副题名】以Z医院乳腺科A病房为例

【摘要】 近年来,全球癌症的发病率和死亡率不断攀升,其中乳腺癌的发病率居首位,严重危害着人类健康。在我国,乳腺癌也高居癌症发病率第二位,乳腺癌患者数量众多,占相当大比例,且死亡率也远超世界平均水平。随着人们认识的深化,当代意义上的“健康”不仅仅指身体上的无疾病,还包括心理、人际、环境方面的良好状态。因此,从社会工作的视角来看,除关注乳腺癌患者的身体健康外,还要注重其心理、社会和环境方面的健康。基于此,本研究以社会支持理论为指导,与乳腺癌患者深入接触的过程中,综合运用观察法、半结构式访谈法收集资料,从中归纳出乳腺癌患者普遍存在的四类突出问题:经济压力、生理疼痛、疾病恐惧和人际沟通问题,并从理论的层面分析其需求。利用小组工作的方法,选取A病房中的6名乳腺癌患者组建支持小组,共设计并开展7次小组活动,提供物质支持、信息支持和情感支持,以期帮助乳腺癌患者解决问题。活动期间做好记录总结,活动结束后进行评估和分析。研究结果表明,小组工作介入乳腺癌患者社会支持具有效果,并且认知和人际是乳腺癌患者介入的重点维度。最后提出介入乳腺癌患者的相关建议:普及救助政策和渠道、组建乳腺癌支持小组和社会支持主体之间多元互动,并对社会工作者及活动过程进行反思。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the incidence and mortality of cancer have been increasing worldwide,among which breast cancer ranks first,seriously endangering human health.In China,breast cancer also ranks second in the incidence of cancer,with a large number of breast cancer patients,accounting for a considerable proportion,and the mortality rate is far higher than the world average.With the deepening of people’s understanding,"health" in the contemporary sense not only refers to the absence of physical diseases,but also includes a good state of mental,interpersonal and environmental conditions.Therefore,from the perspective of social work,in addition to focusing on the physical health of breast cancer patients,it is also necessary to pay attention to their psychological,social and environmental health.Based on this,guided by the theory of social support,this study comprehensively used observation method and semi-structured interview method to collect data in the process of in-depth contact with breast cancer patients,and summarized four prominent problems common in breast cancer patients: economic stress,physical pain,fear of illness and interpersonal communication problems,and analyzed their needs from the theoretical level.Using the method of group work,6 breast cancer patients in ward A were selected to form a support group,and a total of 7 group activities were designed and carried out to provide material,informational and emotional support to help breast cancer patients solve their problems.Make a record and summary during the activity,and evaluate and analyze it after the activity.The results showed that group work was effective in intervening in social support for breast cancer patients,and cognition and interpersonal relationships were the key dimensions of intervention for breast cancer patients.Finally,the author puts forward relevant suggestions for interventional breast cancer patients,and reflects on social workers and the process of activities.更多还原
