【摘要】 村镇银行作为我国金融体系的组成部分,在推广普惠金融方面起到了重要的作用。尤其是,在服务“三农”发展方面,村镇银行发挥了重要的作用。2022年,随着国内一系列的村镇银行暴雷,社会公众对村镇银行的不信任程度提升。村镇银行的普惠金融业务发展受到了一定的冲击,在此背景下,村镇银行如何定位,普惠金融业务如何发展,也就成为当前亟待解决的重要问题。本文以JY村镇银行普惠金融为例,首先,对村镇银行普惠金融发展的背景进行了分析,回顾相关研究成果,阐述本文的研究思路。其次,对JY村镇银行普惠金融业务发展的外部环境进行分析,通过EFE矩阵分析,得出JY村镇银行外部环境因素得分为2.73,高于平均分2.5,这就说明JY村镇银行在抓住外部机会和回避威胁能力更强。同时,对JY村镇银行普惠金融业务发展的内部环境进行分析,通过IFE矩阵分析,得出JY村镇银行内部环境因素得分2.89,高于平均分2.5,这就说明JY村镇银行的劣势对其普惠金融的发展影响较小,优势影响较为明显。最后,在此基础上,结合竞争战略理论,运用SWOT分析和QSPM矩阵分析,对JY村镇银行普惠金融业务的备选战略进行评价,最终确定了实施差异化竞争战略最适合JY村镇银行。为确保JY村镇银行普惠金融业务竞争战略的实施,给出了具体的方案和保障措施。因而,本文研究对JY村镇银行发展来说,提出了适合其普惠金融业务的竞争战略,也为其他村镇银行普惠金融竞争战略的制定和实施提供了借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an integral part of China’s financial system,village banks have played an important role in promoting inclusive finance.In particular,village banks have played an important role in serving the development of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In 2022,with a series of thunderstorms in village banks in China,the public’s distrust of village banks increased.The development of inclusive financial business of village banks has been impacted to a certain extent.Against this background,how to position village banks and how to develop inclusive financial business has become an important problem that needs to be solved urgently at present.Taking the inclusive finance of JY village banks as an example,this paper first analyzes the background of the development of inclusive finance of village banks,reviews the relevant research results,and expounds the research ideas of this paper.Secondly,the external environment of the inclusive financial business development of JY Village Bank is analyzed.Through EFE matrix analysis,it is concluded that the external environmental factor score of JY Village Bank is 2.73,which is higher than the average score of 2.5,which shows that JY Village Bank is more capable of seizing external opportunities and avoiding threats.At the same time,the internal environment of the development of inclusive financial business of JY Village Bank is analyzed.Through the IFE matrix analysis,it is concluded that the internal environmental factors of JY Village Bank have a score of 2.89,which is higher than the average score of 2.5,which shows that the disadvantage of JY Village Bank has a small impact on the development of inclusive finance and obvious advantages.Finally,on this basis,combined with the theory of competition strategy,SWOT analysis and QSPM matrix analysis are used to evaluate the alternative strategy of JY Village Bank’s inclusive financial business,and finally determines that the implementation of the differentiated competition strategy is most suitable for JY village banks.In order to ensure the implementation of the inclusive financial business competition strategy of JY Village Bank,specific plans and safeguard measures are given.Therefore,this paper studies the development of JY village banks,puts forward a competitive strategy suitable for its inclusive financial business,and also provides a reference for the formulation and implementation of inclusive financial competition strategies of other village banks.更多还原
