【摘要】 雷锋精神产生于社会主义建设时期,并在社会主义建设的实践中不断发展。历经六十多年的传承,雷锋精神形成了丰富的内涵和鲜明的特征,是崇高理想信念和坚定政治信仰的高度凝练,是优秀传统美德和高尚精神品格的生动体现,是党和人民宝贵的精神财富,在培养新时代好青年、传承中华优秀传统文化、凝聚中国力量等方面有着十分重要的作用。进入新时代,习近平总书记高度重视雷锋精神的传承和弘扬,多次强调要在全社会范围内深入学习和广泛传扬雷锋精神的深刻内涵,促进广大人民群众不断践行雷锋精神。雷锋精神根植于五千年优秀中华文化和红色革命文化,是民族精神与时代精神的生动写照,具有强大的时代价值和影响力。新时代传承雷锋精神,既是雷锋精神进一步丰富和发展的有效方式,又是弘扬中华民族优秀美德,促进社会主义精神文明建设的重要实践途径,是助推实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦的重要力量。文章除引言和结语外,共包含四部分。第一部分主要探讨了雷锋精神的相关概念。雷锋精神的产生具有特定的背景条件,主要包括当时所处的社会主义建设时期大背景,雷锋本人的个人成长经历以及中华优秀传统文化的熏陶。在此基础上,理顺了雷锋精神的形成过程,雷锋经历了家庭的变故和社会的剥削后,在党的培养下,不断学习毛泽东著作,践行共产主义道德,成为人们争相学习的典范。在不同的历史时期,雷锋精神的具体内涵不断发展变化、与时俱进。对于雷锋精神内涵的探讨,采用了2012年中共中央办公厅发布的《关于深入开展学雷锋活动的意见》中的说法,从理想信念、敬业、奉献、创新、创业等五个方面对其内涵进行了具体阐述。在此基础上,进一步概括了雷锋精神的先进性、传承性、时代性、大众性的特征。第二部分探究了新时代传承雷锋精神的价值意蕴。雷锋精神是极具创造性、斗争性的精神力量,对增强人们意志精神,指导人们建设实践,乃至促进社会稳定、国家发展都有着重要的现实意义。具体而言,雷锋精神的价值意蕴在以下四个方面体现出来:传承雷锋精神,塑造有理想、敢担当、能吃苦、肯奋斗的新时代好青年;传承雷锋精神有助于践行社会主义核心价值观;雷锋精神继承和弘扬了中华优秀传统文化的价值追求,弘扬雷锋精神有助于增强中华民族文化自信;雷锋精神是中国精神的重要组成部分,能够为实现中国梦凝聚中国力量,助推中国梦的实现。第三部分探讨了雷锋精神的作用机制。雷锋精神的作用机制包括激发、引领、保障、践行四个方面。个人的心理认同、自我需求和价值导向激发主动学习雷锋精神;完善的奖励体系、广阔的榜样示范范围、健全的宣传推广机制引领弘扬雷锋精神;组织保障、制度保障、物质保障共同保障雷锋精神发挥作用;思想政治教育活动、家校社会协同育人机制、志愿服务机制以实际行动践行雷锋精神。第四部分探讨了新时代传承雷锋精神的实现路径。新时代传承雷锋精神从以下四个方面入手:强化对新时代雷锋精神的思想认同和理论学习,自觉参与志愿服务活动来激发公民的自我教育;用习近平总书记相关重要论述引领弘扬雷锋精神,发挥网络媒体传承雷锋精神的载体作用,引领社会形成弘扬雷锋精神的新风尚;发挥政策、制度和物质的协同保障作用,为新时代传承雷锋精神提供保障;发挥思想政治理论课的主阵地作用,形成家校共同弘扬雷锋精神的育人合力,打造贴近人民群众的学雷锋志愿服务活动来践行雷锋精神。更多还原

【Abstract】 The spirit of Lei Feng came into being in the period of socialist construction and developed continuously in the practice of socialist construction.After more than 60 years of inheritance,the Lei Feng Spirit has formed rich connotations and distinct characteristics.It is a highly condensed expression of lofty ideals and convictions and firm political beliefs,and a vivid embodiment of outstanding traditional virtues and noble spiritual character.It is the precious spiritual wealth of the Party and the people,and plays a very important role in cultivating good young people in the new era,inheriting excellent traditional Chinese culture,and gathering Chinese strength.Lei Feng spirit is rooted in 5,000 years of excellent Chinese culture and red revolutionary culture,is a vivid portrayal of the national spirit and the spirit of The Times,has a strong value and influence of The Times.Inheriting the Lei Feng Spirit in the new era is not only an effective way to further enrich and develop the Lei Feng spirit,but also an important practical way to carry forward the excellent virtues of the Chinese nation and promote the construction of socialist spiritual civilization,and an important force to help realize the Chinese Dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The first part mainly discusses the related concepts of Lei Feng spirit.The emergence of Lei Feng’s spirit has specific background conditions,including the background of the socialist construction period at that time,Lei Feng’s personal growth experience and the influence of Chinese excellent traditional culture.In different historical periods,the specific connotation of Lei Feng’s spirit continues to develop and change with The Times.As for the discussion of Lei Feng’s spiritual connotation,it adopts the opinions on In-depth Learning from Lei Feng activities issued by the General Office of the CPC Central Committee in 2012,and elaborates its connotation from five aspects,such as ideal and faith,dedication,dedication,innovation and entrepreneurship.On this basis,further summarized Lei Feng spirit of advanced nature,inheritance,times,popular characteristics.The second part explores the value implication of inheriting Lei Feng spirit in the new era.Lei Feng spirit is a creative and combative spiritual force,which is of great practical significance to enhance people’s will and spirit,guide people’s construction practice,and even promote social stability and national development.To be specific,the value implication of Lei Feng spirit is reflected in the following four aspects: inheriting Lei Feng spirit,shaping good young people in the new era who have ideals,dare to take responsibility,can bear hardships and are willing to struggle;Inheriting Lei Feng spirit is helpful to practice socialist core values;The spirit of Lei Feng inherits and carries forward the value pursuit of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and carries forward the spirit of Lei Feng helps to enhance the self-confidence of the Chinese nation.Lei Feng spirit is an important part of the Chinese spirit,which can gather Chinese strength for the realization of the Chinese dream and promote the realization of the Chinese dream.The third part discusses the mechanism of Lei Feng spirit.The action mechanism of Lei Feng spirit includes four aspects: inspiring,leading,guaranteeing and practicing.Personal psychological identity,self-need and value orientation stimulate the active learning of Lei Feng spirit;Perfect reward system,broad scope of example demonstration,sound publicity and promotion mechanism to lead the promotion of Lei Fengjing;Organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee and material guarantee to ensure that the spirit of Lei Feng plays a role;Ideological and political education activities,the home-school-society cooperative education mechanism,and the voluntary service mechanism practice the Lei Feng spirit with practical actions.The fourth part discusses the realization path of inheriting Lei Feng spirit in the new era.Inheriting Lei Feng Spirit in the new era starts from the following four aspects: strengthening the ideological identification and theoretical study of Lei Feng Spirit in the new era,consciously participating in voluntary service activities to stimulate citizens’ self-education;Give full play to the synergistic role of policies,systems and materials to provide a guarantee for inheriting the spirit of Lei Feng in the new era;Give full play to the main position of ideological and political theory courses,form a joint education force of family and school to promote the spirit of Lei Feng,and create voluntary service activities close to the people to practice the spirit of Lei Feng.更多还原
