【摘要】 在网络的飞速发展下,各种网络软件也开始渗透到了人们的生活、工作、学习中,伴随着互联网创新的波荡起伏,也渐渐的使一些行业淡出了人们的视野。然而,有些产业经过一段时间的调整,最终摆脱了困境,获得了巨大的发展,如跨境电商、医疗保健、游戏等,都与互联网相关,尤其是网络直播的发展势头尤为明显。A互联网直播平台是作为CJ公司的主营业务产品,也是搭乘着这波行业浪潮快速发展。虽然发展迅速,但是乱象也层出不穷,比如各类的涉黄、低级、低级的节目,在私下里进行违法违规的交易。因为参加直播的门槛太低,所以制作节目的主播质量也比较差,短时间内会出现一些粗俗、粗鲁的语言,这会给直播间的观众带来不良的影响,尤其是对年轻人。A平台同样存在这一系列的问题,急需针对这些风险进行管控,以达到稳定经营的目的。本论文提出对A互联网直播平台的风险管控研究,首先通过问卷调查法与案例研究法来梳理内部外环境,发现与识别风险问题,并结合国内外学者的文献综述,提出直播平台内容管理与主播管理的必要性;然后对互联网直播平台的现状以及风险分析,阐述平台发展中遇到的突发风险事件、并对此进行风险识别、分析与评价,提出基于直播内容、技术、用户三大方面提出的互联网风险;接着基于存在风险的基础上提出互联网直播平台的风险管控方案及保障措施。从而使A互联网直播平台能够更好的提升风险管控能力,巩固稳健的运营之路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the network,various network software has begun to penetrate into people’s life,work and study.With the ups and downs of Internet innovation,some industries have gradually faded out of people’s vision.However,after a period of adjustment,some industries have finally got rid of difficulties and achieved tremendous development,such as cross-border e-commerce,healthcare,games,etc.,which are all related to the Internet,especially the development momentum of webcast.A As the main business product of CJ Company,the Internet live broadcast platform is also developing rapidly with this wave of industry tide.Although it has developed rapidly,chaos has also emerged one after another,such as various pornographic,low-level,and low-level programs that engage in illegal and irregular transactions in private.Because the threshold for participating in live streaming is too low,the quality of the anchors who produce the program is also relatively poor.In a short period of time,some vulgar and rude language may appear,which can have a negative impact on the audience in the live broadcast room,especially on young people.A platform also faces a series of problems,and it is urgent to control these risks in order to achieve stable operation..This paper proposes a study on risk management and control of Internet live streaming platforms.First,by combing internal and external environments,identifying and recognizing risk issues,and combining with the literature review of domestic and foreign scholars,the necessity of content management and host management of live streaming platforms is proposed.Then,the current situation and risk analysis of Internet live streaming platforms are discussed,and emergent risk events encountered in the development of the platform are elaborated.Risk identification,analysis,and evaluation are conducted,and Internet risks based on live streaming content,technology,and users are proposed.Then,based on the existing risks,risk management and control plans and safeguard measures for Internet live streaming platforms are proposed.This will enable A Internet live streaming platform to better improve its risk management and control capabilities and consolidate its stable operation.更多还原
