【副题名】以共青团中央新媒体为例

【摘要】 随着网络技术的发展,网络逐渐成为人们浏览政治信息,参与政治活动,发表政治意见,表达政治情感的重要渠道,政治文化也受到网络上诸多因素的影响。进入新时代,我国所面临的国际国内环境更加复杂,为建立积极健康的网络政治文化,传统新闻媒体绝大多数完成了网络化的转型,我国的官方媒体也成功“上网”。官方媒体作为党和国家的喉舌,要守好网络意识形态主阵地,运用互联网思维及时准确地传达党和国家的权威声音,凝聚广泛的社会共识。本文站在马克思主义的基本立场,运用文献研究法、跨学科研究法、案例分析法以及比较研究法,以网络政治文化的基本理论为切入点,从网络政治文化生成过程中的各要素分析入手,着重研究了在网络空间中政治文化生成过程中的影响要素。研究发现,网络政治认知在很大程度上决定了网络政治文化的性质和发展方向。为充分发挥网络政治文化的功能,凝聚社会共识,引领全社会的政治价值观,官方媒体亟需引领积极健康的网络政治文化。在此背景下,本文以共青团中央新媒体为案例分析对象,一方面,从其多平台差异化传播、网络思想政治教育内容建设以及新媒体技术的应用几个方面深入研究,分析共青团中央新媒体网络政治文化建设策略,探索官方媒体网络政治文化建设路径;另一方面,共青团中央新媒体的建设目前仍存在不足与挑战,通过分析现实问题,为官方媒体网络政治文化建设提供借鉴意义。在此基础上,本文对新时代官方媒体网络政治文化建设策略进行了研究,分别从内容建设、形式建设和机制建设三个方面出发,将建设策略进行系统化整合,充分发挥官方媒体网络思想政治教育主体作用,广泛凝聚社会共识,进行价值引领,牢牢掌握网络主流意识形态领导权。本文的创新之处在于:第一,透过新时代官方媒体的研究视角,明确了网络政治文化的建设主体;第二,以深受广大青年喜爱的共青团中央新媒体为例进行分析,通过研究其网络政治文化建设经验,进一步得出新时代官方媒体网络政治文化建设的有效路径;第三,本文从内容、形式和机制三个方面更为具体地提出网络政治文化建设策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the development of information technology,the network has gradually become an important channel for people to browse political information,participate in political activities,express political opinions and emotions,and political culture is also influenced by many factors on the internet.Entering the new era,China is facing a more complex international and domestic environment.In order to establish a positive and healthy online political culture,the vast majority of traditional news media have completed the transformation of networking,and China’s official media have also successfully "gone online".Official media should guard the main battlefield of online ideology,use internet thinking to accurately and authoritatively convey the voice of the Party and the country,and gather broad social consensus.This article stands on the basic position of Marxism,using literature research,interdisciplinary research,case analysis,and comparative research methods.Starting from the basic theory of online political culture,it analyzes various elements in the process of generating online political culture,and focuses on studying the influencing factors in the process of generating political culture in cyberspace,The understanding of online politics largely determines the nature and development direction of online political culture.In order to fully leverage the functions of online political culture,consolidate social consensus,and lead the political values of the entire society,official media urgently need to establish a positive and healthy online political culture.In this context,this article takes the Central New Media of the Communist Youth League as the case study object.On the one hand,it conducts in-depth research from several aspects such as differentiated communication on multiple platforms,construction of online ideological and political education content,and application of new media technology.It analyzes the strategies for the construction of the Central New Media Network Political Culture of the Communist Youth League,and explores the path for the construction of official media network political culture.On the other hand,there are still shortcomings in the construction of the new media of the Central Committee of the Communist Youth League.By analyzing their shortcomings,we can provide reference significance for the construction of official media’s online political culture.On this basis,this article conducts research on the strategies for the construction of online political culture in the new era of official media.It analyzes and proposes construction strategies from three aspects: content construction,form construction,and mechanism construction,fully leveraging the main role of official media in online ideological and political education,widely gathering social consensus,guiding value,and firmly grasping the leadership of mainstream online ideology.The innovation of this article lies in: firstly,through the research perspective of official media in the new era,it clarifies the construction subject of online political culture.Secondly,taking the Central New Media of the Communist Youth League,which is loved by the majority of young people,as an example for analysis,by studying their experience in building online political culture,we can further identify effective paths for the construction of online political culture in the new era of official media.Thirdly,this article proposes more specific strategies for the construction of online political culture from three aspects: content,form,and mechanism.更多还原
