【摘要】 2017年十九大首次提出了乡村振兴战略,乡村振兴的核心内容包括生态宜居乡村建设,村庄布局为生态宜居乡村建设的基础,属于乡村振兴战略的“先手棋”。2020年,为贯彻乡村振兴的相关部署,山东省自然资源厅编制了《山东省市县村庄布局规划编制导则》,以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义为指导,落实了创新、协调、绿色、开放、共享的五大发展理念,要求对村庄的相关问题进行剖析,充分结合村民意愿,合理划分村庄类型,优化村庄布局,进而促进乡村发展、促进城乡融合。本文基于此背景下,通过国内外相关研究的分析,剖析乡村规划发展历程,根据区位理论、景观生态学理论、人居环境科学理论和乡村社区营造理论,以日照市东港区为例,通过村庄现况的研究,从人口、用地、设施、经济水平四个方面发现村庄主要发展问题:人口流失、布局混乱、设施不足、发展不均。以问题为导向,根据多要素评价(综合评分-村民意愿-政府意愿)方法,得到相对合理的分类结果,构建村庄分类评价体系,并以此为依据,合理划分村庄分类,对村庄功能区进行了深入研究,得出乡村生活圈的划分结果,为乡村生活空间的营造奠定基础,基于上述研究,分别从村庄产业、服务设施、文化内涵、风貌提升、环境打造这五大方面,提出具体的乡村生活空间营造策略,重新审视了国土空间规划体系下的乡村生活空间营造的新内涵。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2017,the 19 th National Congress put forward the rural revitalization strategy for the first time.The core content of rural revitalization includes the construction of ecologically livable rural areas.The layout of villages is the basis of the construction of ecologically livable rural areas,which is a "first step" of the rural revitalization strategy.Reasonable division of village types,optimization of village layout,so as to promote rural development and promote urban-rural integration.In this paper,based on this background,through the analysis of related research at home and abroad,analyze the rural planning and development,according to the location theory,the theory of landscape ecology,environment science theory and the theory of rural community construction in rizhao donggang district as an example,through the study of village status,The main development problems of the village are found from four aspects of population,land use,facilities and economic level: population loss,chaotic layout,insufficient facilities and uneven development.Problem oriented,according to the multi-factor evaluation(comprehensive score-villagers intention-government intend to)method,get a relatively reasonable classification as a result,the construction of village classification evaluation system,and on this basis,the classification,reasonable division of village to village area were studied,it is concluded that the division of rural life as a result,to create a foundation for rural life sp ace,Based on the above research,from the five aspects of village industry,service facilities,cultural connotation,style improvement and environment construction,the paper puts forward specific rural living space construction strategies,and re-examines the new connotation of rural living space construction under the territorial space planning system.更多还原
