【摘要】 随着“十四五”规划的推进,国家投入了大量的人力、资金推动AI人工智能、大数据、5G和云计算等技术的快速发展,加快发展现代化产业体系。2019年国家广播电视总局正式下发《有线电视网络升级改造技术指导意见》,要求在有线电视网络中推进云计算技术的应用,有线电视网络的云化转型升级已经成为当前一项重要工作任务。J公司作为一家省级有线运营商,亟需启动企业云平台建设,以推进公司云化转型创新,提升公司市场竞争力。鉴于云平台项目建设周期长、复杂度高、技术难度大等特点,如何科学合理的将项目管理理论和技术应用在云平台项目管理中,提高项目推进效率,保证项目能保质保量交付,这对J公司提出了较高的挑战和要求。本文基于理论、应用两个维度,从项目管理概念开始到关键路径法方法技术,研究各方法和工具的优点。在实践方面,首先分析J公司组织架构、制度流程、项目管理上存在的问题,通过甘特图分析项目各项目任务,各项任务的持续时长以及先后关系;其次使用CPM关键路径法标志出各项关键任务,组成项目的关键路径,并使用项目管理软件Project2020绘制出完整的项目进度编制计划图;最后给出了项目实施的保障措施和项目进度跟踪与监控方法,将项目管理实践应用在云平台项目管理上。本文中将项目管理多个技术和工具应用于云平台项目管理中,也可以指导公司开展其他项目管理,对同行业项目管理也给出了理论指导和实践参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the promotion of the 14 th Five Year Plan,China have invested a lot of manpower and funds to promote the development of cloud computing,5G,big data,artificial intelligence technologies,and accelerate the development of modern industrial systems.In 2019,The State Administration of Radio Film and Television of China issued the Notice on the Technical Guidance for the Upgrading and Transformation of Cable Television Networks,which requires to promote the application of cloud computing technology in cable television networks.The technical transformation and transformation and upgrading of cable television networks have become an important task at present.As a provincial cable operator,Company J urgently needs to start the construction of enterprise cloud platform to promote the company’s cloud transformation and innovation and enhance the company’s market competitiveness.In view of the characteristics of cloud platform projects,such as long construction cycle,high complexity and great technical difficulty,how to scientifically and reasonably apply project management theory and technology to cloud platform project management to ensure that the entire project can be completed on time and improve the implementation efficiency of the project,which puts forward higher challenges and requirements for J Company.Based on theory and practice,the advantages of various methods and tools are studied from the concept of project management to the critical path method.In practice,analyze the problems existing in J Company’s organizational structure,system process and project management,show the relationship between project activities,activity duration and activities through the practical application of Gantt Chart,and then use the critical path method to find the critical path of the project;Mircosoft Project2020 software is used as a project schedule management tool to draw a project Gantt chart,assist in finding critical paths and allocate project resources;Finally,it gives the guarantee measures for project implementation and the project progress tracking and monitoring methods,and applies the project management practice to the cloud platform project management.In this paper,multiple technologies and tools of project management are applied to cloud platform project management,which provides reference for other projects of the company and also provides good practical guidance for project management in the same industry.更多还原
