【摘要】 半导体对于我国国民经济发展至关重要。近年来,随着国外半导体大环境对于中国的制裁以及国内自主创新意识的提升和技术进步的加快,国内市场对拥有自主知识产权、能够替代国外产品的国产芯片的需求大幅增长。然而,也必须认识到,芯片产品的研发投入大、周期长、技术难度高,这些因素都制约了国产芯片产业的快速发展。而供应商作为企业供应链的初始环节,是企业在竞争环境下保持优势的基础。因此选择合适的供应商并与其共同进步有助于企业弥补自身不足、降低成本、提高产品质量。所以,供应商选择管理研究对于半导体企业具有重要意义和应用价值。论文以供应商选择基本理论为基础,以X公司为研究对象,通过到实地公司实习,访谈等方法,对X公司的供应商选择管理现状进行梳理,针对现状提出问题并进行问题分析。其次,研究确定了 X公司供应商选择管理的优化目标和优化原则,通过对过往文献的研究对供应商选择指标进行初步选取,经过专家打分法完成初筛,采用层次分析法构建供应商选择指标体系。接着在构建的供应商选择指标的基础上,针对不确定性指标对供应商选择问题采用算法建模,以成本、废品量及延迟交货量为核心目标,建立了随机机会规划模型,并提出了一种新的混合自适应遗传算法,该算法巧妙地结合了随机模拟与神经网络的优点,解决了不确定性指标的供应商选择问题;结合层次分析法建立的指标体系及权重,最终实现X公司的供应商选择策略。论文最后为供应商选择问题的改进提出一系列的保障措施。文章旨在通过定性和定量的指标对X公司的供应商选择管理进行优化。本文提出的供应商选择策略对X公司有很强的适用性,对于其他新兴的半导体企业的供应商选择管理的完善也具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Semiconductors are crucial to China’s national economic development.In recent years,with the sanctions imposed by foreign semiconductor environments on China and the enhancement of domestic independent innnovation awareness and the acceleration of technological progress,the domestic market’s demand for domestic chips with independent intellectual property rights that can replace foreign products has increased significantly.However,it must be recognized that the research and development investment in chip products is large,the cycle is long,and the technical difficulty is high,all of which constrain the rapid development of the domestic chip industry.As the initial link of the enterprise supply chain,suppliers are the foundation for enterprises to maintain their advantages in a competitive environment.Therefore,choosing suitable suppliers and making progress with them together can help enterprises overcome their own shortcomings,reduce costs,and improve product quality.Therefore,supplier selection management research is of great significance and application value for semiconductor enterprises.Based on the basic theory of supplier selection,this paper takes X company as the research object.Through field internships,interviews,and other methods,it sorts out the current situation of X company’s supplier selection management,raises questions,and analyzes the problems.Secondly,the research determines the optimization objectives and principles of X company’s supplier selection management.Through the study of past literature,it initially selects supplier selection indicators,completes the initial screening through the expert scoring method,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to construct a supplier selection index system.Then,based on the constructed supplier selection indicators,an algorithm model is established for the supplier selection problem of uncertain indicators.Taking cost,scrap quantity,and delayed delivery quantity as the core objectives,a stochastic opportunity programming model is established,and a new hybrid adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed.This algorithm skillfully combines the advantages of stochastic simulation and neural network to solve the supplier selection problem of uncertain indicators.Combining the index system and weights established by the analytic hierarchy process,the supplier selection strategy of X company is finally realized.Finally,the paper proposes a series of safeguard measures for the improvement of supplier selection issues.The purpose of this paper is to optimize the supplier selection management of X company through qualitative and quantitative indicators.The supplier selection strategy proposed in this paper has strong applicability to X company and has certain reference significance for improving the supplier selection management of other emerging semiconductor companies.更多还原
