【摘要】 新闻回避是指个体因不喜欢新闻内容(有意回避)或对其他内容有更高偏好(无意回避)而导致的连续一段时间内的低新闻消费。随着信息环境的复杂化,新闻回避现象逐渐成为新闻业面临的突出挑战。短期来看,新闻回避可能有助于减轻新闻消费者的负面情绪,但长期而言,这种回避行为可能阻碍人们对公共议题的认知和参与,冲击了新闻公共价值的根基。随着这一问题关注度的逐渐升高,青少年在新闻消费中可能出现的回避倾向引起了更多的担忧。青少年尤其是初中生的新闻回避现象及其影响因素方面鲜少被研究。在新闻消费过程中,他们出于自我保护和自我调节的动机,会有意识或无意识地回避包括校园暴力在内的争议性话题,这对他们的信息接触和公共讨论具有一定的影响。本研究旨在探究农村地区初中生对校园暴力新闻的回避行为及其影响因素。通过在石家庄市所辖的13个县进行问卷调查和深度访谈,研究发现是否为独生子女的人口统计变量对学生的新闻回避行为有显著影响,负面情绪、新闻低质量、社会支持、威胁评估和相关风险经历是影响学生回避行为的主要因素。本研究运用保护动机理论、认知失调理论、共情理论和刺激生物反应理论构建了校园暴力新闻回避行为理论模型。研究表明,个体的威胁评估、负面情绪、低新闻质量和相关风险经历会导致学生采取新闻回避行为,而社会支持的增加可以减少这种行为。本研究充实了新闻回避行为的理论研究,为理解农村地区初中生对校园暴力新闻的回避行为提供了新的视角,对优化新闻报道、提高媒体素养教育、家校联合增强学生的心理韧性等方面提出了建设性的建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 News avoidance refers to a continuous period of low news consumption caused by individuals’ dislike of news content(intentional avoidance)or higher preference for other content(unintentional avoidance).With the complexity of the information environment,news avoidance has gradually become a prominent challenge for the news industry.In the short term,news avoidance may help alleviate negative emotions of news consumers,but in the long term,this avoidance behavior may hinder people’s awareness and participation in public issues and hit the foundation of the public value of news.With the gradual increase in attention to this issue,the possible avoidance tendency of adolescents in news consumption has caused more concern.The phenomenon of news avoidance and its influencing factors among adolescents,especially junior high school students,have rarely been studied.In the process of news consumption,out of the motivation of self-protection and self-regulation,they will consciously or unconsciously avoid controversial topics including school violence,which has a certain impact on their information access and public discussion.The research aims to explore the news avoidance of junior high school students in rural areas towards school violence news and its influencing factors.Through questionnaire surveys and in-depth interviews conducted in 13 counties in Shijiazhuang,the study found that the demographic variable of whether the only child had a significant impact on students’ news avoidance behavior.Negative emotions,low news quality,social support,threat assessment and related risk experiences were the main factors affecting students’ avoidance behavior.The study constructed a theoretical model of news avoidance behavior for school violence using theories of protective motivation,cognitive dissonance,empathy and stimulus-response theory.The research showed that individual threat assessment,negative emotions,low news quality and related risk experiences would lead to students’ news avoidance behavior,while the increase of social support could reduce this behavior.This study enriched the theoretical research on news avoidance behavior,provided a new perspective for understanding junior high school students’ avoidance behavior towards school violence news in rural areas,and put forward constructive suggestions on optimizing news reports,improving media literacy education,and enhancing students’ psychological resilience through home-school cooperation.更多还原
