【摘要】 随着国内经济的快速发展,信托业作为与宏观经济密切相关的行业之一,其经营业绩与经济状况紧密相连。同时,信托项目的转型发展势在必行,并且在市场经济和监管制度的变化下,面临着管理复杂性和多样性不断增加的挑战。因此,如何提高信托项目管理的效率成为当前金融服务业亟需研究的热点问题。本文选择在信托领域拥有丰富经验和良好声誉的T信托公司进行研究,研究旨在探究T信托公司信托项目的管理效率问题,并提出相应的解决方案。根据T信托公司的发展战略和相关项目的数据公开程度,选取公司的三类各6种信托项目进行实证研究和数据分析,采用DEA数据包络分析法,测量所选信托项目的综合效率。研究结果表明,T信托公司的信托项目管理效率存在一定的问题,主要表现在风险控制方面。为了提高T信托公司信托项目的管理效率,本研究从内部控制和风险控制两个方面分别提出建议:从内部控制方面,建议加强法人治理结构、推动合规文化建设,建立完善的内部控制组织体系,确保决策和监督机构有效运作,并建立顺畅的信息交流与反馈制度,以及建立事前、事中和事后的监督评价体系。从风险控制方面,建议加强信用风险管理,包括客户筛选和尽调、项目风险预警和排查,借鉴其他机构经验创新风险处置手段;加强市场风险管理,包括完善管理体系、灵活调整资产结构、监控关键指标和制定压力测试情景;加强流动性风险管理,包括监测和预警流动性风险、增强应急储备能力、建立全生命周期的业务流动性管理体系。本文研究成果和建议对于T信托公司改善项目管理效率、提高投资者利益具有一定的参考价值。然而,本研究还存在一些局限性,例如数据来源的局限性和样本选择的偏差,需要在后续研究中进一步完善和深化。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of the domestic economy,the trust industry,as one of the industries closely related to the macroeconomic situation,is closely linked to its business performance.Meanwhile,the transformation and development of trust projects have become necessary,facing the increasing challenges of complexity and diversity under the changes in market economy and regulatory system.Therefore,improving the efficiency of trust project management has become a hot research topic in the current financial services industry.This study selects Trust Company T,which has rich experience and a good reputation in the trust industry,for research.The aim is to explore the management efficiency of Trust Company T’s trust projects and propose corresponding solutions.Based on the company’s development strategy and the level of data availability for relevant projects,eighteen trust projects comprising six types are selected for empirical research and data analysis.The DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)method is employed to measure the comprehensive efficiency of the selected trust projects.The research results indicate that there are certain issues with the management efficiency of Trust Company T’s trust projects,primarily in the area of risk control.To improve the efficiency of trust project management in Trust Company T,this study proposes suggestions from the perspectives of internal control and risk control:in terms of internal control,it is recommended to strengthen corporate governance structure,promote compliance culture,establish a sound internal control organizational system,ensure the effective operation of decision-making and supervisory bodies,establish smooth information exchange and feedback mechanisms,and establish a supervision and evaluation system before,during,and after the process.In terms of risk control,it is recommended to strengthen credit risk management,including client screening and due diligence,project risk warning and investigation,and draw on the experience of other institutions to innovate risk disposal methods.Strengthen market risk management,including improving management systems,flexibly adjusting asset structures,monitoring key indicators,and developing stress testing scenarios.Strengthen liquidity risk management,including monitoring and warning liquidity risks,enhancing emergency reserve capabilities,and establishing a business liquidity management system throughout the lifecycle.The research findings and recommendations in this paper have certain reference value for Trust Company T to improve project management efficiency and enhance investor interests.However,there are limitations in this study,such as limitations in data sources and sample selection,which need to be further improved and deepened in future research.更多还原
