【摘要】 融资租赁行业作为一种创新型金融工具已有70余年的发展历史,改革开放以来,融资租赁行业在中国得以推广,其业务模式也得以丰富和创新,经过多年的发展,融资租赁公司数量激增,规模也快速扩大。近年来,我国不断强调金融服务实体,融资租赁行业在国家政策制度不断完善的环境中优质发展,成为了重要的融资工具之一,为推动我国经济发展做出了突出的贡献。融资租赁行业起源于西方,在我国发展时间较短,我国关于融资租赁行业制度政策不太完善,同时融资租赁业务模式复杂、投资周期较长,决定了其外部环境及内部机制存在着诸多风险性。本文基于我国融资租赁行业发展现状,以具体公司进行深入分析。首先,本文阐述了融资租赁、融资租赁风险管理等理论,再以A金融租赁公司作为研究对象,介绍了公司内部风险管理体制及其经营现状,使用德尔菲法对其面临的风险进行识别,识别出28个风险因素,然后利用问卷调查法和主成分分析法对公司风险因素进行评估,提取出操作风险、信用风险、租赁物风险、流动性风险及市场风险5个风险因子,并得到5个主成分的权重,按照权重大小,对风险因素重要性进行区分;最后根据分析结果并结合公司风险管理实际,提出了针对性的风险防控措施,进一步完善了公司风险管理体系。本文的研究结果对于我国融资租赁公司风险管理具有一定的借鉴意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an innovative financial tool,the financial leasing industry has a history of more than 70 years.Since the reform and opening-up,the financial leasing industry has been promoted in China.The organization form and business model have also been enriched and innovated.After years of development,the number and scale of financial leasing companies has grown rapidly.Especially in recent years,China has stuck to that the financial industry should consistently serve the physical economy.With the support of national policies and systems,the financial leasing industry develops rapidly,and becomes one of the important financing tools,and makes outstanding contributions to China’s economic development.In view of the fact that on the one hand,the financial leasing industry originates in the west and has a relatively short development time in my country,on the other hand,the system of policies and institutions is not perfect and the financial leasing has complex business model and long investment cycle,there are many risks in its external and internal development environment.Based on the development situation of my country’s financial leasing industry,this thesis conducts in-depth analysis with specific company.This thesis firstly expounds the theories of financial leasing and financial leasing risk management,and then introduces internal risk management system and financial data of A financial leasing company.Secondly the thesis uses Delphi method to identify 28 influencing factors of A financial leasing company.Thirdly,the management risk of A financial leasing company is evaluated by questionnaire survey and principal component analysis.Finally operational risk,credit risk,leased property risk,liquidity risk and market risk are extracted,and the weight of five principal components is obtained.According to the weight,the importance of risk factors is distinguished.According to the analysis results and the general situation of the company’s risk management,it proposes targeted measures to improve the company’s risk management system.The research results of this thesis have certain reference significance for the risk management of financial leasing companies in our country.更多还原
