【摘要】 当前社会对学生过重的学业负担和繁杂的学科竞赛呼声日益高涨,因此“双减”政策应运而生。本研究目的在于深入了解S市六所初级中学在执行“双减”政策方面的现状,揭示其中存在的问题,并提出改进对策。这一研究对于理解学校教育政策的实际效果、推动政策的优化和改进,以及为学生提供更健康成长环境具有积极意义。通过对S市六所初级中学的家长、学生、教师以及教育主管部门的问卷调查和访谈,本研究涵盖了多个层面的内容。家长、学生、教师的问卷主要关注政策执行的满意度、存在的问题以及期望的改进方向。教育主管部门的调查聚焦于政策执行的整体情况和在执行过程中的反思。此外,对两名教师的深度访谈更是从内部视角深刻剖析了政策执行的细节和教师的感受。本研究深入探讨了 S市六所初级中学在执行“双减”政策方面的现状,目的在于全面了解学生、家长、教师和教育主管部门对政策的认知、反馈及问题。研究以米特-霍恩模型为理论依据,发现政府和学校在政策执行中取得了一定成就,但也揭示了一系列问题,包括政策执行标准不够明确细致、政策执行资源不足、政策执行组织间沟通与执行活动协调不足、政策执行机构分工存在缺陷、政策执行人员个人差异、政策执行环境仍需改善。面对这些问题,研究分析其原因提出了一系列优化对策,涉及建立明确的政策执行标准、充实政策执行资源、加强组织间沟通与执行活动、完善政策执行机构、优化政策执行人员和改善政策执行环境等方面。这些建议目的在于推动“双减”政策更加科学、合理、贴近实际地在学校执行,为学生提供更有益于全面发展的教育环境。通过本研究,我们希望为相关决策提供实际有效的参考,推动“双减”政策在实践中更好地发挥作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the current society,there is a growing call to alleviate the heavy academic burden and complex subject competitions for students.Hence,the "double reduction" policy has emerged.This study aims to comprehensively understand the current situation of the execution of the" double reduction" policy in six junior high schools in S city,reveal existing issues,and propose improvement strategies.This research holds positive significance for understanding the practical effects of school educational policies,promoting policy optimization and improvement,and providing a healthier learning environment for students.Through surveys and interviews with parents,students,teachers,and educational authorities in six junior high schools in S city,this study covers various aspects.The questionnaires for parents,students,and teachers mainly focus on satisfaction with policy implementation,existing problems,and expectations for improvement.The survey of educational authorities concentrates on the overall situation of policy execution and reflections during the implementation process.In addition,in-depth interviews with two teachers provide an internal perspective,deeply analyzing the details of policy execution and teachers’ perceptions.This study delves into the current state of the execution of the "double reduction" policy in six junior high schools in S city,aiming to comprehensively understand the cognition,feedback,and issues from students,parents,teachers,and educational authorities regarding the policy.The research identifies achievements in policy execution by the government and schools but also reveals a series of problems,including lack of clear and detailed policy implementation standards,insufficient resources for policy implementation,insufficient communication and coordination of implementation activities among policy implementation organizations,deficiencies in the division of labor among policy implementation agencies,individual differences among policy practitioners,and the need to improve the policy implementation environment.Faced with these challenges,the study proposes a series of optimization strategies,involving the establishment of clear policy execution standards,enhancement of policy execution resources,strengthening organizational communication and execution activities,improving policy execution institutions,optimizing policy execution personnel,and enhancing the policy execution environment.These suggestions aim to promote a more scientific,reasonable,and practical implementation of the "double reduction"policy in schools,providing an educational environment beneficial to the comprehensive development of students.Through this research,we hope to offer practical and effective references for relevant decision-makers and contribute to the better implementation of the"double reduction" policy in practice.更多还原
