【摘要】 青年强,则国家强。高校大学生肩负着实现第二个百年奋斗目标的历史重任,这就要求大学生具有过硬的政治素质、较高的思想素质、良好的道德素质、健康的心理素质。高校立身之本在于立德树人,要牢记为党育人、为国育才的初心使命,确保高校始终作为培养社会主义事业建设者和接班人的坚强阵地。新冠疫情对大学生的思想和心理产生了深刻的影响,对大学生的价值观念、心理健康状况都带来了一定影响。因此,高校要高度重视对大学生进行思想政治教育和心理健康教育,推进思想政治教育和心理健康教育融合,解决大学生的思想困惑和心理问题。高校思想政治教育和心理健康教育融合的对策研究,对于引导大学生正确应对后疫情时代的新变化、新机遇,发挥思想政治教育与心理健康教育合力,落实立德树人的任务具有重要的现实意义。在此背景下,本文运用文献研究法和案例分析法等方法,着眼于高校思想政治教育与心理健康教育融合的问题进行系统的分析和论述,以提升高校思想政治教育与心理健康教育的价值意义。通过分析后疫情时代高校思想政治教育与心理健康教育融合的必要性和可行性,明确这种融合在理论上是有充分根据的,在现实中是十分必要的。分别从对大学生思想、心理、对两者融合的挑战三个维度展开分析后疫情时代高校思想政治教育与心理健康教育融合面临的挑战。最后,在此基础上尝试提出后疫情时代高校思想政治教育与心理健康教育融合的对策,深入分析融合的原则、方法、途径。坚持方向原则,突出融合的目的性;坚持主体原则,注重融合的实效性;坚持渗透原则,把握融合的动态性。拓展和完善理论教育法、实践教育法和案例教学法,增强融合的科学性。高校需提高重视程度,增强融合意识;转变教育观念,筑牢融合基础;增强教育实效,创新融合手段;发挥教育合力,改善融合环境;借助舆论宣传,营造融合氛围。从而有效发挥思想政治教育和心理健康教育的功能,增强思想政治教育和心理健康教育的实效性,提升大学生的思想政治素质、心理素质和综合素质。更多还原

【Abstract】 A strong youth means a strong country.As a progressive force among the youth and one of the important groups in society,college students shoulder the historical responsibility of achieving the second centenary goal.This requires them to have excellent political quality,higher ideological quality,good moral quality and healthy psychological quality.The foundation of colleges and universities is to cultivate morality and cultivate people.We should keep in mind the original mission of educating people for the Party and the country,cultivate new people of the era who are responsible for national rejuvenation,ensure that colleges and universities always serve as a strong position for cultivating builders and successors of the socialist cause,and provide strong talent support for promoting the construction of a modern socialist country.The COVID-19 has a real and profound impact on the ideology and psychology of college students,and has a certain impact on their values and psychological state.The ideology and psychology of college students are closely related to the post epidemic era.Therefore,colleges and universities should attach great importance to ideological and political education and mental health education for college students,promote the integration of ideological and political education and mental health education,and solve the ideological confusion and psychological problems of college students.Under the background of the post-epidemic era,the research on the integration of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities has important practical significance for guiding college students to correctly cope with the new changes and opportunities in the post-epidemic era,giving full play to the combined force of ideological and political education and mental health education,and implementing the task of establishing morality and cultivating people.Under this background,this paper systematically analyzes and discusses the integration of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities by using the methods of literature research and comparative research,in order to enhance the dual value of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities.By analyzing the necessity and feasibility of the integration of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era,and the challenges faced by the integration of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era,this paper tries to put forward countermeasures for the integration of ideological and political education and mental health education in colleges and universities in the post-epidemic era,and analyzes the principles,methods and ways of integration in depth.Adhere to the principle of direction and highlight the purpose of integration;Adhere to the principle of subject and pay attention to the effectiveness of integration;Adhere to the principle of penetration and grasp the dynamic nature of integration.Expand and improve the theoretical education method,practical education method and heuristic education method,and enhance the scientific nature of integration.Colleges and universities need to improve the education system and improve the integration guarantee;Teachers need to coordinate teaching elements and innovate the integration process;Students need to pay more attention and enhance their sense of integration;Families need to change their educational concepts and build a solid foundation for integration;The society needs to play a joint role in education and improve the integration environment.So as to effectively play the role of ideological and political education and mental health education,enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political education and mental health education,and improve the ideological and political quality,psychological quality and comprehensive quality of college students.更多还原
