【摘要】 研究背景:经济社会转型迫切需要管理升级,同时随着信息化、智能化技术不同层次的渗透,以及大环境下经济社会转型升级的紧迫需要,财务管理体系建设的全面深化就成了财务管理变革的主要抓手。以信息化管理手段来推动财务功能的合理实现成为了必要路径,因此面向财务管理推进业务管理的信息系统的建立也形成了势在必行。企业实施数字化转型的过程中,通过使用先进的信息化技术,同时将业财融合作为指导理论。因此,本文的研究问题是基于业财融合理论,提出中小企业信息化管理优化建议。研究现状:目前学术界大多数研究都是分别针对业财融合以及信息化管理所开展的单独研究,缺乏将上述两者进行结合的整体性研究,即便有个别研究资料尝试将两者进行结合,但是研究内容也流于形式,并未深入讨论。研究思路:本研究以业财融合和信息化理论等有关的基本理论知识为指导思想,到A公司进行真实探访,分析其业财融合信息化管理现状以及需要改进的方面,提出A公司基于业财融合的信息化管理优化路径。研究发现:A公司业财融合信息化管理中管理层重视度不够,管理决策能力不足;平台技术也存在不足,信息系统模块效率不高;平台信息不够全面,数据利用率低;部门衔接融合度比较低,导致信息孤岛化;财务原则性与业务灵活性存在冲突;监督流程存在不足而且程序不够人性化。本文的创新与应用价值:本文通过对A公司业财融合信息化管理改进的研究和探索,将企业财务与业务信息系统的实现更良好地连接起来,促进了企业战略目标发展的实现,同时还可以提升了公司的运营管理与财务管理能力,简化管理工作,并且更具科学性和高效性,从而达到公司管理中各种数据资源的同时共享,各部门内外的数据信息共享,进而提升了公司中所有职员的效率,最终有效提高了竞争力。本文基于业财融合信息化管理相关理论,提出A公司业财融合信息化管理优化路径,进一步充实了有关管理基础理论内容、并积极推动了实际运用的可能性。该文的主要研究成果为A公司提出了基于业财融合信息化管理模式所提出的具体对策,也能够为中国国内其他中小企业的业财融合经营管理模式提供了有益参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Research Background : Economic and social transformation urgently requires management upgrade,and with the penetration of information technology and intelligent technology at different levels,as well as the urgent need for economic and social transformation and upgrade in the general environment,the comprehensive deepening of financial management system construction has become the main grasp of financial management change.To promote the reasonable realization of financial functions by means of information management has become a necessary path,so the establishment of information systems for financial management to promote business management has also formed an imperative.Enterprises implement digital transformation by using advanced information technology,while using business finance integration as a guiding theory.Research Question:The problem studied in this paper is to propose the optimization of information management of SMEs based on the theory of industry-financial integration.Research Status:Most of the studies in the academic field are separate studies on financial and business integration and information management,and there is a lack of holistic studies combining the two,and even if there are individual research materials that try to combine the two,the research content is formal and not discussed in depth.Research idea: This study takes the basic theoretical knowledge of industry-money integration and informatization theory as the guiding idea,visits Company A,analyzes the current situation of its industry-money integration information management and the aspects that need to be improved,and proposes the optimization path of Company A’s information management based on industry-money integration.The study found that: the management of Company A does not pay enough attention to the information management of industry and finance integration,and the management decision-making ability is insufficient;the platform technology is insufficient,and the information system module is not efficient;the platform information is not comprehensive,and the data utilization rate is low;the integration of departmental convergence is low,which leads to information siloing;there is a conflict between financial principle and business flexibility;the supervision process is insufficient and the procedure is not humane enough.The innovation and application value of this paper: Through the research and exploration of the improvement of the information management of industry and finance integration of Company A,this paper connects the realization of enterprise finance and business information system more well,promotes the realization of the development of enterprise strategic goals,and also enhances the operation management and financial management ability of the company,simplifies the management work,and is more scientific and efficient,so as to achieve the management of the company in various Data resources are shared at the same time,and data and information inside and outside each department are shared,thus enhancing the efficiency of all employees in the company and effectively improving competitiveness.Based on theories related to information management of industry and finance integration,this paper proposes the optimization path of industry and finance integration information management of Company A,which further enriches the content of relevant management theories and actively promotes the possibility of practical application.The main research results of this paper provide specific countermeasures for Company A based on the information management model of business-financial integration,and can also provide useful references for other SMEs in China in their business-financial integration management model.更多还原
