陈华德教授针灸治疗眩晕病的学术思想及用穴规律探讨

【摘要】 目的 通过文献研究与临床观察的方法,总结陈华德教授针灸治疗眩晕病的学术思想,探讨陈华德教授治疗该病的用穴规律,以期能够更好地服务于临床。方法 以“陈华德”为关键词或题名,在万方数据库、维普数据库等进行检索,筛选出与陈华德教授针灸治疗眩晕病相关的学术论文、著作等,并通过人工查找等方式收集相关著作文献,作为本课题研究的基础资料;同时随陈华德教授跟诊学习,进行临床经验总结及分析。结果 在临床上,陈华德教授针对眩晕病的诊断注重有效问诊,针灸治疗时,特别强调辨证论治,重视穴位配伍,精于疗法选择,根据眩晕病本虚标实特点,对症治疗;重视穴位配伍,局部与远端循经取穴结合,注重头部腧穴的选用,用穴少而精;精于疗法选择,注重多种治疗方法结合使用,尤其擅长于运用头皮针疗法。常根据眩晕病辨证、辨病、辨经的不同证候,结合病人个体差异情况进行灵活取穴。具体取穴方法有按气血不足、肝肾亏虚的虚证和肝阳上亢、痰湿中阻和瘀血内阻的实证进行辨证取穴;有按眩晕病类型,如脑性、耳性、颈性和心源性眩晕进行辨病取穴;有按眩晕病伴头部胀痛所属阳明、少阳、太阳、厥阴经进行的辨经取穴;还有按特殊穴位进行的独特针灸疗法,如百会穴长留针疗法、耳尖穴放血疗法。结论 陈华德教授在眩晕病的针灸治疗上强调辨证论治,重视穴位配伍,精于疗法选择,取穴擅于辨证、辨病、辨经结合,同时巧用经验穴,具有完整的治疗体系,思路清晰,疗效明显,实用精巧,易于掌握,对我们针灸临床治疗眩晕病有很好的指导与参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Through literature study and clinical observation,to summarize professor Chen Hua-de academic thought of acupuncture treatment on vertigo,discuss his methods of selectingacupoints for acupuncture treatment of vertigo,in order to bring full play into the clinical service.Method Take "Chen Hua-de" for keywords or title,searched in Wanfang and Vepsa database,Screening medical journals and academic papers,through the manual search methods to collect relevant literature,and plus related works as basic research material.The same time,I follow Professor Chen’s outpatient department to study and make a summary.Result Professor Chen Hua-de emphasizes effective inquiry in clinical diagnosis of vertigo.In the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion,he pays special attention to syndrome differentiation,according to the characteristics of vertigo,symptomatic treatment;emphasis on acupoint compatibility,local and distal acupoint selection,focus on the selection of scalp acupoints,with fewer but better acupoints;be skilled in the choice of treatment,pay attention.to the combination of various treatment methods,especially skilled in the use of scalp acupuncture therapy.He treated vertigo with differentiation of syndrome,differentiation of disease,differentiation of meridian,and combined the patient’s individual differences.The specific acupoints selection were used according to varied differentiation,such as syndrome of deficiency of qi and blood,deficiency of liver and kidney,hyperactive of liver yang,phlegm dampness and interior stagnation of blood stasis;and according to types of vertigo,such as problem of cerebral,ear,cervical vertebra and psychogenic vertigo;and selecting acupoints according to vertigo with head pain belongs to the Yangming,Shaoyang,Taiyang,Jueyin meridian;according to special acupuncture therapy with unique acupoint,such as therapy of longtime needle retention on Baihui acupoint,and therapy of bloodletting on ear tip acupoint.Conclusion Prof.Chen hua-deemphasizes syndrome differentiation and treatment in the treatment of vertigo by Acupuncture and moxibustion,attaches importance to the compatibility of acupoints,is good at the choice of therapy,and is good at the combination of syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation and meridian differentiation,while skillfully using experience points.He has a complete system of acupuncture and moxibustion.he has clear thinking,obvious curative effect,practical and exquisite,easy to grasp,and has good guidance and reference value for our acupuncture clinical treatment of vertigo.更多还原
