【摘要】 大学生艰苦奋斗精神培育是高校思想政治教育的重要内容,研究这一课题,能够进一步总结历史经验,完善高校思想政治教育理论,拓宽高校思想政治教育的研究视野,同时,还有助于提升大学生综合素质,探索大学生教育实践新模式,提升高校立德树人实效性。因此,立足于时代背景,加强大学生艰苦奋斗精神的培育,能够提升大学生艰苦奋斗的意识,锻炼其艰苦奋斗的能力,助力于新时代发展人才的培育,为实现中华民族伟大复兴提供未来先锋力量。本文对艰苦奋斗精神及大学生艰苦奋斗精神培育等论文核心概念进行了界定,对大学生艰苦奋斗精神培育的理论依据进行了梳理和总结,通过查阅以往学者们与艰苦奋斗精神培育相关的文献资料和实证调查结果,归纳出目前大学生艰苦奋斗精神培育取得的成效和已有的举措,即部分高校重视开展艰苦奋斗精神的理论教育及社会实践活动,整体上来看大学生关于艰苦奋斗精神的相关观念是积极向上的。但在开展大学生艰苦奋斗精神培育的过程中,存在着培育主体在培育过程中的作用还有待加强、部分大学生艰苦奋斗的素养不高、艰苦奋斗精神培育内容较为分散、艰苦奋斗精神培育方式方法有待改进以及不良风气影响艰苦奋斗精神的培育等问题。艰苦奋斗精神培育主体的认知及参与程度不够、大学生对艰苦奋斗的理解和实践缺乏、艰苦奋斗精神培育内容缺乏完善与整合、艰苦奋斗精神培育方式方法缺乏创新以及艰苦奋斗精神培育环境的建设不到位是产生这些问题的主要原因。因此,要从强化艰苦奋斗精神培育的主体建设、加强大学生艰苦奋斗精神的理论认知与实践能力、整合创新艰苦奋斗精神的培育内容、改进艰苦奋斗精神培育的方式方法以及优化艰苦奋斗精神培育的环境等方面入手,提升新时代大学生艰苦奋斗精神培育的实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle among college students is an important module of ideological and political education in universities.Studying this topic can further summarize historical experience,improve the theory of ideological and political education in universities,broaden the research perspective of ideological and political education in universities.At the same time,it can also help improve the comprehensive quality of college students,explore new models of college education practice,and enhance the effectiveness of moral education and talent cultivation in universities.Therefore,we need to be based on the background of the times and strengthen the cultivation of the spirit of hard work among college students,in order to enhance their awareness of hard work,exercise their ability to work hard,assist in the cultivation of talents for the development of the new era,and provide future pioneer forces for the realization of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This article defines the core concepts of the spirit of hard struggle and the cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle among college students.It sorts out and summarizes the theoretical basis for the cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle among college students.By reviewing previous literature and empirical investigation results related to the cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle by scholars,it summarizes the achievements and existing measures in the cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle among college students,Some universities attach great importance to the theoretical education and social practice activities of the spirit of hard struggle,and overall,the relevant concepts of the spirit of hard struggle among college students are positive and upward.However,in the process of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle among college students,there are issues such as the role of the cultivating subject in the cultivation process that need to be strengthened,some college students’ literacy in hard struggle is not high,the content of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle is relatively scattered,the methods and methods of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle need to be improved,and the negative atmosphere affects the cultivation of the spirit of hard struggle.The main reasons for these problems are the insufficient awareness and participation of the main body in cultivating the spirit of hard work,the lack of understanding and practice of hard work among college students,the lack of improvement and integration of the content of cultivating the spirit of hard work,the lack of innovation in the methods and methods of cultivating the spirit of hard work,and the inadequate construction of the environment for cultivating the spirit of hard work.Therefore,it is necessary to enhance the effectiveness of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle among college students in the new era by strengthening the construction of the main body for cultivating the spirit of hard struggle,strengthening the theoretical cognition and practical ability of the spirit of hard struggle among college students,integrating and innovating the cultivation content of the spirit of hard struggle,improving the methods and methods of cultivating the spirit of hard struggle,and optimizing the environment for cultivating the spirit of hard struggle.更多还原
