【摘要】 近几年,随着《革命文物保护利用“十四五”专项规划》等一系列相关文件的颁布,有关革命文物保护与利用的问题也备受关注。石家庄作为中国革命战争的重要见证地,有着光荣的革命传统,这里作为“新中国从这里走来”的城市,不可移动革命文物数量多、类型广、价值多样。科学保护、活化利用、延续传承这些不可移动革命文物对于赓续红色血脉,弘扬省会红色文化有着重要的作用。本文采用实地调查和案例分析的研究方法,石家庄不可移动革命文物的所处时期主要在抗日战争时期和解放战争时期,主要分布在平山县和灵寿县,存在一定的点状聚集特征,重要机构旧址和纪念碑、亭、塔所占比重较多。不可移动革命文物的利用形式主要有设立陈列馆和纪念馆、设立爱国主义教育基地、开展红色旅游、设立村史馆和党员培训室等方式。还对石家庄不可移动革命文物内涵、价值、保护利用历程进行分析,并探究石家庄不可移动革命文物在保护与利用方面的成效与存在的不足,发现政府及社会各界已经逐渐投入到不可移动革命文物的保护与利用中,并对革命烈士纪念设施进行修缮,对相关革命文献资料进行整理。但是,目前对石家庄不可移动革命文物的保护与利用也存在着保护、管理、利用等方面不足。本文运用文化遗产保护与利用相关理论,参考革命文物最新政策文件,结合石家庄地区不可移动革命文物的实际情况,提出要加大保护力度,提升展陈水平;加强区域联合性,促进资源整合利用;明确管理主体,加大宣传力度;完善相关保障措施的策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,with the promulgation of a series of relevant documents such as the 14 th Five-Year Plan for the Protection and Utilization of Revolutionary Cultural Relics,the protection and utilization of revolutionary cultural relics has attracted much attention.Shijiazhuang,as an important witness to China’s revolutionary War,has a glorious revolutionary tradition.As a city where "New China came from here",the number of immovable revolutionary relics is large,the types are wide,and the value is diverse.Good protection,use and inheritance of these immovable revolutionary relics play an important role in ceaseless red blood and carrying forward the red culture of provincial capital.Using the method of field investigation and case analysis,this paper finds that the immovable revolutionary relics in Shijiazhuang are mainly located in the period of Anti-Japanese War and Liberation War,mainly distributed in Pingshan County and Lingshou County,with a certain dot-like characteristics,and the old sites of important institutions,monuments,pavilions and towers account for a large proportion.The use of immovable revolutionary relics mainly includes the establishment of exhibition halls and memorials,the establishment of patriotism education bases,the development of red tourism,the establishment of village history halls and training rooms for Party members.It also analyzes the connotation,value,protection and utilization history of immovable revolutionary relics in Shijiazhuang,explores the effectiveness and existing problems in the protection and utilization of immovable revolutionary relics in Shijiazhuang,and finds that the government and all sectors of society have gradually invested in the protection and utilization of immovable revolutionary relics,and repaired the memorial facilities of revolutionary martyrs.Relevant revolutionary documents and materials were collated.However,there are some problems in the protection,management and utilization of immovable revolutionary relics in Shijiazhuang.Based on the relevant theories of cultural heritage protection and utilization and the latest policy documents of revolutionary cultural relics,combined with the actual situation of immovable revolutionary cultural relics in Shijiazhuang,the author proposes to strengthen the protection and improve the display level.Strengthen regional unity and promote integrated utilization of resources;Clear management subject,increase publicity;Strategies to improve relevant safeguards.更多还原
