【摘要】 2002年,FAO提出了全球重要农业文化遗产项目,并在全球展开了遴选,截至目前,中国以15项遗产成为拥有全球农业文化遗产数量最多的国家。2012年,我国国家级重要农业文化遗产的评选开始逐步推进,浙江仙居杨梅栽培系统于2015年被列入第三批中国重要农业文化遗产。因农业文化遗产多处于乡村地区,因此,乡村旅游的高速发展无疑给旅游资源丰富的仙居发展农业文化遗产旅游带来了巨大的机遇,与此同时,仙居农业文化遗产具有的多重价值也是仙居进行农业文化遗产旅游开发的最重要推动因素,使得仙居的农业文化遗产旅游极具代表性。基于此,以浙江省仙居县为例,对其农业文化遗产旅游开发进行研究也显得很有必要。且仙居农业文化遗产历史悠久,目前缺少全面系统的农业文化遗产旅游开发研究,研究角度单一。因此,论文选取仙居农业文化遗产旅游作为切入点。文章以农业文化遗产、农业文化遗产旅游为内容,分别从国内和国外两个角度对现有的研究成果进行归纳总结。在现有研究成果的基础上构思文章框架,以可持续发展理论、体验经济理论、产业融合理论支撑文章写作。在基于实地调研的基础上,阐述仙居农业文化遗产的形成和演变等过程,以游客问卷为论据,详细分析了仙居农业文化遗产的价值。梳理仙居农业文化遗产旅游的开发条件及现状,在此基础上运用专家打分法和层次分析法建立符合仙居实际的农业文化遗产旅游开发潜力评价体系,明晰了其具备较大开发潜力的结论后,针对评价结果对如何促进仙居农业文化遗产旅游开发进行了探讨。研究发现仙居“杨梅栽培系统”被列入中国重要农业文化遗产中,并成为全球重要农业文化遗产候选地之一,皆因其在经济、社会、文化、生态、历史、科教等方面都表现出了较高的价值;仙居农业文化遗产旅游资源极为丰富,在区位、政策、市场需求等方面都有着较大的优势,虽然在营销措施、专业人才、基础设施等方面存在着不足,但总体来看仍具有良好的发展前景;本文通过层次分析法和德尔菲法,构建仙居农业文化遗产旅游开发的判断矩阵,量化仙居农业文化遗产旅游的开发潜力,通过相关计算和数据分析可以得出,该地农业文化遗产旅游具有较大的开发潜力;针对仙居农业文化遗产旅游开发现状以及开发潜力评价的结果从五个方面提出了具有针对性的开发策略。更多还原

【Abstract】 In 2002,the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations proposed the project of important global agricultural cultural heritage,and launched a global selection.Up to now,China has become the country with the largest number of global agricultural cultural heritage with 15 heritages.In 2012,the selection of my country’s national important agricultural cultural heritage began to progress gradually,and the Zhejiang Xianju bayberry cultivation system was included in the third batch of China’s important agricultural cultural heritage in 2015.Because agricultural cultural heritage is mostly located in rural areas,the rapid development of rural tourism has undoubtedly brought huge opportunities for the development of agricultural cultural heritage tourism in Xianju,which is rich in tourism resources.At the same time,the multiple values of Xianju agricultural cultural heritage are also The most important driving factor for the development of agricultural cultural heritage tourism in Xianju makes Xianju’s agricultural cultural heritage tourism very representative.Based on this,taking Xianju County in Zhejiang Province as an example,it is also necessary to study its agricultural cultural heritage tourism development.Moreover,Xianju agricultural cultural heritage has a long history,and there is no comprehensive and systematic research on agricultural cultural heritage tourism development,and the research angle is single.Therefore,the thesis chooses Xianju agricultural cultural heritage tourism as the entry point.The article takes agricultural cultural heritage and agricultural cultural heritage tourism as the content,and summarizes the existing research results from both domestic and foreign perspectives.Conceive the article framework on the basis of existing research results,and support article writing with sustainable development theory,experience economic theory,and industrial integration theory.On the basis of field research,the process of formation and evolution of Xianju agricultural cultural heritage is explained,and the value of Xianju agricultural cultural heritage is analyzed in detail using tourist questionnaires as evidence.Sort out the development conditions and current situation of Xianju agricultural cultural heritage tourism,and use expert scoring method and analytic hierarchy process to establish an evaluation system of agricultural cultural heritage tourism development potential in line with the reality of Xianju,and clarify the conclusion that it has greater development potential Later,according to the evaluation results,how to promote the development of Xianju agricultural cultural heritage tourism was discussed.The study found that Xianju’ s "Yellowberry Cultivation System" was included in China’s important agricultural cultural heritage and has become one of the candidates for global important agricultural cultural heritage because of its performance in economic,social,cultural,ecological,historical,scientific and educational aspects.Xianju agricultural cultural heritage tourism resources are extremely rich,and it has great advantages in location,policy,and market demand.Although there are deficiencies in marketing measures,professional talents,and infrastructure,Overall,there is still a good prospect for development;this article uses the analytic hierarchy process and the Delphi method to construct a judgment matrix for the development of Xianju agricultural cultural heritage tourism,and quantifies the development potential of Xianju agricultural cultural heritage tourism.Through relevant calculations and data analysis,It is concluded that the agricultural cultural heritage tourism in this area has great development potential;According to the current development status of Xianju agricultural cultural heritage tourism and the results of the evaluation of development potential,a targeted development strategy is proposed from five aspects.更多还原
