【摘要】 党的十八大明确提出把“立德树人”作为社会主义教育的根本任务,立德树人,根本任务就是要在人才培养过程中,培育品学兼优、德智体美劳全面发展的人,并培育及格的社会主义建设者和接班人。近年来,我国发布了《中国学生发展核心素养》和各个学科的核心素养,可以看出国家对于学生核心素养的发展的重视程度是非常之高的。当今社会需要的是全面发展的人才,随着时代的不断发展、不断变化的学生核心素养也会随之变化更新,以便于更好的适应新时代的需求。这也对新时期核心素养提出新的要求、新的思维。高校体育教育专业足球专项学生,将来就业多数都是进入中小学基础教育岗位,这对于该专项学生综合能力要求发展会要求更高。那么怎么才能更好的促进该专项学生综合能力得到全面发展?怎么才能让其学生更好的适应社会的发展需求?如何提高该专项学生的核心竞争力?以问题为出发点,进行对云南省高校体育教育专业足球专项学生核心素养指标体系进行构建。本文以文献资料法、专家访谈法、德尔菲法、问卷调查法、数理统计法确定最后的云南省体育教育专业足球专项学生核心素养指标体系,通过层次分析法和百分比权重法计算各个指标的权重值,然后形成云南省高校体育教育专业足球专项学生一线教师问卷,对其指标的合理性进行验证,将一线教师问卷和专家进行显著性检验,使用模糊综合评判法对指标体系进行一步检验其合理性。得出以下结论:1、通过专家访谈法、德尔菲法、层次分析法和百分比权重法最终计算统计最终确定云南省高校体育教育专业足球专项学生核心素养指标体系。分别有一级指标4个,二级指标14个,三级指标61个,以上每级指标均通过一致性检验。2、对指标进行权重计算得出:一级指标按照从大到小的顺序排列为足球专项基本应用能力、社会发展需求能力、足球体育品德与健康行为、足球专项知识和运动技能发展。二级指标较为突出的是足球专项教学能力、体育道德、体育品质、足球专项基础学科知识等。三级指标较为突出的是足球相关问题的分析、解决、探究能力、使用网络信息技术收集足球相关资料信息、使用多媒体技术制作足球教学与训练相关文件等指标。3、本研究采用模糊综合评判法对指标体系进行验证,验证获悉得出云南省高校体育教育专业足球专项学生核心素养指标体系加权平均分为91.4686分,隶属度分别得分为:A优0.6717、B良0.3034、C中0.0249、D差0,按照最大隶属度原则,本研究构建的指标体系具有相应可行性和有效性。4、构建的云南省高校体育教育专业足球专项学生核心素养指标体系具有一定的可靠性和可行性。更多还原

【Abstract】 The 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly put forward the "moral cultivation of people" as the fundamental task of socialist education,moral cultivation of people,the basic task is to cultivate in the process of personnel training,cultivate both excellent character and learning,morality,intelligence,physical fitness,the United States and labor all-round development of people,and cultivate qualified socialist builders and successors.In recent years,China has released the core literacy of Chinese Students’ Development and the core literacy of various disciplines,which shows that the country attaches great importance to the development of students’ core literacy.Today’s society needs well-developed talents.With the continuous development of The Times,students’ core qualities will also change and update accordingly,so as to better adapt to the needs of the new era.This also puts forward new requirements and new thinking for core literacy in the new era.In the future,most of the football students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities will be employed in basic education in primary and secondary schools,which will have higher requirements for the comprehensive ability development of the students.So how can we better promote the comprehensive ability of the special students to get comprehensive development? How can its students better adapt to the needs of social development? How to improve the core competitiveness of the students? Taking the problem as the starting point,this paper constructs the index system of the football students’ core accomplishment in Yunnan university physical education major.In this paper,literature,expert interview,Delphi method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics are used to determine the final index system of the core literacy of students majoring in football in physical education in Yunnan Province.The weight values of each index are calculated through the analytic hierarchy process and percentage weight method,and then the questionnaire of front-line teachers of students majoring in football in physical education in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province is formed.The rationality of the index was verified,the significance of the questionnaire of front-line teachers and experts was tested,and the rationality of the index system was tested in one step by fuzzy comprehensive method.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Through expert interview,Delphi method,analytic Hierarchy process and percentage weight method,the evaluation index system of core literacy of football students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Yunnan is finally determined.There are 4 first-level indicators,14 second-level indicators and61 third-level indicators respectively,and each of the above indicators has passed the consistency test.2.The weights of the indicators are calculated as follows: the first-level indicators,in descending order,are basic application ability of football special,ability of social development demand,football sports morality and healthy behavior,football special knowledge and sports skill development.Secondary indexes are more prominent football special teaching ability,sports ethics,sports quality,football special basic subject knowledge and so on.The three indexes are the ability to analyze,solve and explore football-related problems,collect football-related materials and information by using network information technology,and make football-related documents by using multimedia technology.3.The fuzzy comprehensive method was adopted in this study to verify the index system,and the weighted average score of the evaluation index system for the core literacy of football students majoring in physical education in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province was 91.4686,and the membership scores were as follows: A good 0.6717,B good 0.3034,C medium 0.0249,D difference 0.According to the principle of maximum membership,the index system constructed in this study has the corresponding feasibility and effectiveness.4.The index system for the core literacy of football students of physical education major in colleges and universities in Yunnan Province established has certain reliability and feasibility.更多还原
