【摘要】 本文所研究的革命文化,是指中国共产党带领中国人民在新民主主义革命时期,在完成争取民族独立、人民解放斗争过程中形成的独特文化形态。它以马克思主义理论为指导,上承中华优秀传统文化,下启社会主义先进文化,是中国特色社会主义文化的重要组成部分。中国特色社会主义进入新时代,复杂多元的文化环境对人民群众的精神世界产生了重大的影响。革命文化信仰危机、革命价值理念缺失等频发,革命文化传承面临着诸多问题和挑战。本文在对革命文化传承等相关概念进行科学界定和理论溯源的基础上,立足当下论述了新时代革命文化创造性传承的重要性,并重点针对革命文化传承中出现的问题进行了成因和对策分析。全文共分为四个部分。第一部分:革命文化创造性传承的相关概念及理论基础。系统阐释革命文化的内涵、内容与特征,并通过对文化传承、创造性等相关概念的解读对革命文化的创造性传承进行内涵界定。提炼归纳马克思主义经典作家、中国共产党主要领导人关于革命文化的相关论述和中华优秀传统文化中的相关思想资源,深入挖掘革命文化的理论渊源,为新时代创造性传承革命文化奠定坚实的理论基础。第二部分:新时代革命文化创造性传承的重要性。结合时代特征和具体国情从创造性传承革命文化是建设社会主义文化强国的精神支撑、推进党的建设伟大工程的不竭源泉、实现中华民族伟大复兴的强大动力这三个方面阐释了创造性传承革命文化的重要意义。第三部分:新时代革命文化传承的存在问题及成因。当下革命文化传承存在的突出问题主要有以下四个方面:其一,革命文化教育力度不够,革命文化认同度低;其二,革命文化传承力量不足,人才队伍建设匮乏;其三,革命文化传播效果不佳,话语表达有待提升;其四,革命文化资源发展不良,整合管理亟待加强。导致以上问题的成因是:多元文化挑战革命文化认同,教育体系不完善;普世价值消解革命价值理念,传承工作不专业;历史虚无主义冲击革命话语表达,传播成效不显著;市场经济影响革命资源保护与开发,管理体制不完备。第四部分:新时代革命文化创造性传承的对策分析。立足于时代背景,基于革命文化传承存在的问题,从以下四个方面提出革命文化创造性传承的对策:其一,完善革命文化教育体系,创新育人方式;其二,加强人才队伍建设,提高传承专业性;其三,优化传播媒介策略,创新话语表达;其四,整合革命文化资源,强化法治保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 The revolutionary culture studied in this essay refers to the unique cultural form formed by the Chinese Communist Party as it led the Chinese people to complete the struggle for national independence and people’s liberation during the New Democratic Revolution.Guided by Marxist theory,inheriting the fine traditional Chinese culture,develop an advanced socialist culture.New era,the complex and diverse cultural environment has had a significant impact on the spiritual world of the people.The crisis of belief in revolutionary culture and the lack of revolutionary values are frequent,and the work of revolutionary culture inheritance is facing many problems and challenges.Although the heritage of revolutionary culture has achieved certain results,there are still some more serious problems in the areas of propaganda and education,talent team building,resource development and utilization and protection.On the basis of scientific definition and theoretical tracing of revolutionary cultural heritage and other related concepts,this paper discusses the significance of creative inheritance revolution culture in the new age be present,and focuses on the causes and countermeasures analysis of the problems arising in revolutionary cultural heritage.The paper is divided into four parts.Based on the present,this paper discusses the importance of creative inheritance of revolutionary culture in the new era.The first part : Related concepts and theoretical basis of creative inheritance of revolutionary culture.First of all,it systematically explains the intension,component and features of revolutionary culture,and defines the connotation of the creative inheritance of revolutionary culture through related concepts such as cultural inheritance and creativity.Secondly,by refining and summarizing the Marxist classical writers and the main leaders of the Communist Party of China’s relevant discourse on revolutionary culture and the relevant ideological basis in the fine traditional Chinese culture,dig deep into the theoretical origin of revolutionary culture,and a solid theoretical foundation is laid for the innovative heritage of revolutionary culture in the new age.To refine and summarize the relevant discourse of Marxist classical writers and major leaders of the Communist Party of China on revolutionary culture and the relevant ideological basis in the fine traditional Chinese culture,dig deep into the theoretical origin of revolutionary culture,and lay a solid theoretical foundation for the creative inheritance of revolutionary culture in the new era.The second part : The significance of innovative heritage of revolutionary culture in the new era.Uniting with the characteristics of The Times and specific national conditions,this paper explains the meaning of innovative heritage of revolutionary culture from three aspects: it is the spiritual support for building a strong socialist culture,the inexhaustible source for promoting the great project of Party building,to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation strong driving force.The third part : Problems and causes of revolutionary culture inheritance in the new era.There are four major problems with the inheritance of revolutionary culture in the present day: firstly,insufficient education on revolutionary culture and low recognition of revolutionary culture;secondly,insufficient strength in the inheritance of revolutionary culture and lack of construction of talent teams;thirdly,poor dissemination of revolutionary culture and the need to improve the expression of the language;fourthly,poor development of revolutionary cultural resources and the urgent need to strengthen the integration and management.The causes of the above problems are: a pluralistic culture challenges revolutionary cultural identity,and the education system is not perfect;universal values dissolve revolutionary values and concepts,and the work of inheritance is not professional;historical nihilism impacts revolutionary discourse expression,and the effectiveness of dissemination is not significant;the market economy affects the protection and development of revolutionary resources,and the management system is not complete.The fourth part : The countermeasure analysis of the creative inheritance of revolutionary culture in the new era.Based on the background of The Times,based on the problems existing in the inheritance of revolutionary culture,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the innovative heritage of revolutionary culture from the following four aspects: first,improve the educational system of revolutionary culture and innovate the way of educating people;Second,strengthen the construction of talent team,improve the inheritance of professional;Thirdly,optimize media strategy and innovate discourse expression;Fourthly,integrate revolutionary cultural resources and strengthen legal guarantee.更多还原
