创新型城市试点政策对企业数字化转型的影响研究

【摘要】 当今时代,数字经济的发展已成为推动我国实现高质量发展的重要一环,而企业作为数字化技术应用的微观载体,其数字化转型进程逐渐成为各界关注的焦点。为了加快区域经济发展方式的转变,进一步发挥科技对于经济发展的引领作用,我国于2008年首先在深圳开始推行创新型城市试点政策,随后逐渐在部分城市推广开来。创新型城市试点政策自实施至今,不仅有效推动了试点城市的产业经济发展,也为企业的数字化转型赋予了新的动能。回顾已有研究,现有基于创新型城市试点建设的研究多是基于城市层面、行业层面等宏观视角,而对于微观企业的影响研究则相对较少。因此本研究以企业数字化转型为为研究对象,深入探讨创新型城市试点政策的实施对于企业数字化转型的影响,具有一定的理论意义及现实意义。本文将国家创新型城市试点政策设置为自变量,将通过文本分析等方法得到的企业数字化转型程度指标设置为因变量构建政策的数字化驱动效应模型,基于2007-2017年A股上市公司以及中国城市统计年鉴的数据运用多时点双重差分方法进行分析,实证检验了创新型城市试点政策的实施对于企业数字化转型的激励作用。研究结果表明:第一,创新型城市试点建设显著促进了企业的数字化转型进程,并且该结论经过一系列稳健性检验后依然有效;第二,机制分析显示,创新型城市试点政策通过政策引领效应、产业结构效应以及人才集聚效应影响企业数字化转型;第三,异质性分析结果表明,创新型城市试点政策的实施在非国有企业、中小企业、劳动密集型行业以及省会城市中的效果更为明显。最后,根据已有研究结果提出相应的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In today’s era,the development of digital economy has become an important link to promote China’s high-quality development.As the micro carrier of digital technology application,the digital transformation process of enterprises has gradually become the focus of attention from all walks of life.In order to accelerate the transformation of regional economic development mode and give full play to the leading role of science and technology in economic development,China first started to implement the pilot policy of innovative cities in Shenzhen in 2008,and then gradually popularized it in some cities.Since the implementation of the pilot policy of innovative cities,it has not only effectively promoted the industrial economic development of pilot cities,but also given new kinetic energy to the digital transformation of enterprises.Looking back on the existing research,the existing research based on the pilot construction of innovative cities is mostly based on the macro perspective such as city level and industry level,while the research on the impact of micro-enterprises is relatively few.Therefore,this study takes the digital transformation of enterprises as the research object,and deeply discusses the impact of the implementation of innovative city pilot policies on the digital transformation of enterprises,which has certain theoretical and practical significance.In this paper,the national innovative city pilot policy is set as an independent variable,Set the index of enterprise digital transformation degree obtained by text analysis and other methods as dependent variables to build a digital driving effect model of policies,Based on the data of A-share listed companies from 2007 to 2017,this paper analyzes the multi-time double difference method,and empirically tests the incentive effect of the implementation of innovative city pilot policies on the digital transformation of enterprises.The results show that: first,the pilot construction of innovative cities significantly promotes the digital transformation process of enterprises,and this conclusion is still valid after a series of robustness tests;Second,the mechanism analysis shows that the pilot policy of innovative cities affects the digital transformation of enterprises through policy leading effect,industrial structure effect and talent agglomeration effect;Thirdly,the results of heterogeneity analysis show that the implementation of innovative city pilot policy is more effective in non-state-owned enterprises,small and medium-sized enterprises,labor-intensive industries and provincial capitals.Finally,corresponding policy recommendations are put forward based on the research results of existing studies.更多还原
