悬吊训练对重庆市健美操体育高考生专项素质与难度动作完成质量影响的实验研究

【摘要】 研究目的:本文通过8周的实验干预,对比分析了悬吊训练和传统训练对重庆市健美操体育高考生专项素质与难度动作完成质量影响的效果差异,从而探讨悬吊训练对重庆市健美操体育高考生专项素质与难度动作完成质量的影响,以期为重庆市体育高考的健美操专项训练提供一定的理论和实践基础。本实验研究主要采用了文献资料法、专家访谈法、实验法和数理统计法,以重庆市28名健美操专项的体育高考生为实验对象,将其随机分为实验组和对照组(n=14),实验组进行8周的悬吊训练,对照组进行8周的传统训练,通过对两组实验对象的专项素质与难度动作进行实验前后的测试,并利用SPSS26.0对实验组和对照组的实验前后测成绩进行对比分析,研究结果如下:(1)对照组专项素质(实验前后测):8周的传统训练能够非常显著的提升10s计时俯卧撑(T=-12.021,P=0.000<0.001)、平板支撑(T=-11.427,P=0.000<0.001)、800米(T=15.148,P=0.000<0.001)、纵劈叉(左腿T=6.276、P=0.000<0.001;右腿T=6.097、P=0.000<0.001)和十字象限跳(T=5.290,P=0.000<0.001)的成绩;能够显著的提升立定跳远(T=-2.705,P=0.018<0.05)的成绩;对60s闭眼原地踏步(T=1.979,P=0.069>0.05)的成绩有所提高,但并不显著。(2)实验组专项素质(实验前后测):8周的悬吊训练能够非常显著的提升10s计时俯卧撑(T=-27.412,P=0.000<0.001)、平板支撑(T=-39.271,P=0.000<0.001)、立定跳远(T=-7.737,P=0.000<0.001)、60s闭眼原地踏步(T=11.848,P=0.000<0.001)和十字象限跳(T=12.189,P=0.000<0.01)的成绩;而对于800米(T=1.775,P=0.099>0.05)和纵劈叉(左腿T=0.806,P=0.435>0.05;右腿T=1.000,P=0.336>0.05)的成绩有提升,但并不显著。(3)实验组与对照组专项素质(实验后测):8周的悬吊训练和传统训练在提升800米(T=-1.550,P=0.145>0.05)的成绩上不存在显著性差异;在10s计时俯卧撑(T=-2.785,P=0.015<0.05)、平板支撑(T=-2.306,P=0.038<0.05)、立定跳远(T=-2.405,P=0.032<0.05)、60s闭眼原地踏步(T=2.487,P=0.027<0.05)和十字象限跳(T=2.526,P=0.025<0.05)的成绩上,悬吊训练的效果显著高于传统训练;在纵劈叉(左腿T=-2.197,P=0.047<0.05;右腿T=-2.432,P=0.030<0.05)的成绩上传统训练效果显著高于悬吊训练效果。(4)对照组难度动作(实验前后测):8周的传统训练能够显著的提高后倒俯卧撑(T=-2.929,P=0.012<0.05)和屈体分腿跳(T=-3.190,P=0.007<0.01)的完成质量;而对于侧搬腿平衡(T=-2.113,P=0.054>0.05)的完成质量的虽有所提升,但增长效果并不显著。(5)实验组难度动作(实验前后测):8周的悬吊训练能够非常显著的提升后倒俯卧撑(T=-7.066,P=0.000<0.001)、屈体分腿跳(T=-8.261,P=0.000<0.001)、侧搬腿平衡(T=-7.456,P=0.000<0.001)的完成质量。(6)实验组与对照组难度动作(实验后测):8周的悬吊训练和传统训练对提升后倒俯卧撑(T=-3.504,P=0.004<0.01)、屈体分腿跳(T=-3.348,P=0.005<0.01)和侧搬腿平衡(T=-3.613,P=0.003<0.01)的完成质量,具有非常显著的差异。结论:(1)本实验研究结果发现,8周的悬吊训练能够非常显著的提升重庆市健美操体育高考生的力量素质(上肢、核心、下肢)、平衡素质和灵敏协调素质,且效果明显优于传统训练;悬吊训练在耐力素质和柔韧素质上能够促进其成绩的提高,但效果并不显著;两组在耐力素质上不存在显著差异,但在柔韧素质上传统训练效果要显著优于悬吊训练。(2)本实验研究结果发现,8周的悬吊训练能够非常显著的提升重庆市健美操体育高考生A组地面难度(后倒俯卧撑)、B组空中难度(屈体分腿跳)、C组站立难度(侧搬腿平衡)的完成质量,且效果明显优于传统训练。

【Abstract】 Research objectives: through 8 weeks of experimental intervention,this paper compared and analyzed the difference effect of suspension training and traditional training on the specific quality and difficult movements completion quality of Chongqing aerobics candidates for college entrance examination in P.E,so as to explore the influence of suspension training on the special quality and difficult movements completion quality of Chongqing aerobics candidates for college entrance examination in P.E.In order to provide a certain theoretical and practical basis for the special training of aerobics in the Chongqing Sports College Entrance Examination.This experimental study mainly adopts the literature method,expert interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method,taking 28 calisthenics special sports college entrance examination students in Chongqing as experimental subjects,randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n=14),the experimental group underwent 8 weeks of suspension training,the control group underwent 8 weeks of traditional training,and through the test before and after the experiment on the special quality and difficulty of the two groups of experimental subjects.SPSS26.0 was used to compare and analyze the pre-and post-test results of the experimental group and the control group,and the results were as follows:(1)Special quality of the control group(before and after the experiment): 8 weeks of traditional training can significantly improve 10 s timed push-ups(T=-12.021,P=0.000< 0.001),planks(T=-11.427,P=0.000 < 0.001),800m(T=15.148,P=0.000 < 0.001),longitudinal split(left leg T=6.276,P=0.000 < 0.001;right leg T=6.097,P=0.000 < 0.001)and cross quadrant jump(T=5.290,P=0.000 < 0.001);can significantly improve the standing long jump(T=-2.705,P=0.018 < 0.05);and the 60 s closed eye step(T=1.979,P=0.069>0.05)has improved,but not significantly.(2)Special quality of the experimental group(before and after experiment): 8 weeks of suspension training can significantly improve 10 s timed push-ups(T=-27.412,P=0.000< 0.001),planks(T=-39.271,P=0.000 < 0.001),standing long suspension training and traditional training had no significant difference in the improvement of 800m(T=-1.550,P=0.145 > 0.05);10s timed push-ups(T=-2.785,P=0.015 < 0.05),planks(T=-2.306,P=0.038 < 0.05),standing long jump(T=-2.405,P=0.032 < 0.05),60 s closed eyes in place(T=2.487,P=0.027 < 0.05)and cross quadrant jump(T=2.526,P=0.025 < 0.05),the effect of suspension training was significantly higher than that of traditional training;In the longitudinal split(left leg T=-2.197,P=0.047 < 0.05;Right leg T=-2.432,P=0.030 < 0.05)the effect of traditional training was significantly higher than that of suspension training.(4)Difficult movements of the control group(before and after the experiment): 8weeks of traditional training can significantly improve the completion quality of the backward push-up(T=-2.929,P=0.012 < 0.05)and the flexion split leg jump(T=-3.190,P=0.007 < 0.01);For the side leg balance(T=-2.113,P=0.054 > 0.05),the completion quality was improved,but the increase effect was not significant.(5)Difficult movements of the experimental group(before and after the experiment):8 weeks of suspension training can significantly improve the completion quality of the backward push-up(T=-7.066,P=0.000 < 0.001),the flexion split leg jump(T=-8.261,P=0.000 < 0.001),the side leg balance(T=-7.456,P=0.000 < 0.001).(6)Difficulty movements between experimental group and control group(postexperimental test): 8 weeks of suspension training and traditional training had a very significant difference in the completion quality of the backward push-ups(T=-3.504,P=0.004<0.01),the flexion split leg jump(T=-3.348,P=0.005<0.01)and the side leg balance(T=-3.613,P=0.003<0.01).Conclusion:(1)The results of this experiment found that,8 weeks of suspension training can significantly improve the strength quality(upper limbs,core,lower limbs),balance quality and sensitive coordination quality of Chongqing aerobics candidates for college entrance examination in P.E,and the effect is significantly better than traditional training;Suspension training can promote the improvement of endurance quality and flexibility quality,but the effect is not significant;There was no significant difference in endurance quality between the two groups,but the traditional training effect was significantly better than suspension training in flexibility quality.(2)The results of this experiment found that,8 weeks of suspension training can significantly improve the completion quality of Chongqing aerobics candidates for P.E college entrance examination in group A ground difficulty(backward push-ups),group B aerial difficulty(flexion split leg jump),and group C standing difficulty(side leg balance),and the effect is significantly better than traditional training.
