【摘要】 2022年5月1日起,我国开始实施新的《中华人民共和国职业教育法》,该法律重点强调“职业教育是与普通教育具有同等重要地位的教育类型,是国民教育体系和人力资源开发的重要组成部分”,这是我国首次从法律层面肯定职业教育的重要位置,也表明我国想要大力发展职业教育的决心。但是在现实社会中,公众长久以来对职业教育存有偏见,以及并未深入的了解职业教育政策,导致我国职业教育面临招生难、复合型技能人才短缺的问题。所以,需要我国从媒体层面营造积极的舆论氛围,以讲好中国职业教育故事为导向建构职业教育群体正面形象,敦促相关政策落地的同时打破公众刻板印象。通过阅读相关报道,笔者发现《中国青年报》在职业教育政策实施过程中,很好地担负起主流媒体的责任:多次主办“新闻媒体与高职教育论坛”,并对其进行专题报道;派出多名记者在世界技能大赛上对中国选手进行采访,积极报道职业教育相关信息,报道具有一定的深度与广度。因此,本文以《中国青年报》的职业教育报道作为研究对象,借助叙事学理论,主要采用文本分析法展开深入研究,本文共有四个部分。第一部分:通过对《中国青年报》职业教育报道的整体梳理,将叙事文本分为政策解读、职教成就、典型人物和院校建设这四个叙事主题,从不同方面解析《中国青年报》对于职业教育的关注程度;第二部分:结合具体报道内容,从叙事声音角度分析《中国青年报》职业教育报道的叙事者、叙事视角和叙事聚焦,有利于全景式展现目前我国职业教育的现状;第三部分:从叙事话语层面分析报道的叙事要素、叙事修辞和叙事风格的特点,让受众感受到职业教育政策在实施过程中的不易,又能增强文章的厚重感与可读性;第四部分:通过判断《中国青年报》职业教育报道的叙事立场及叙事价值,发现其存在的问题,并结合前面分析的内容,得出相应的叙事策略建议,如:坚持多元叙事主题,完善现代职业教育内涵;聚焦不同叙事主体,展示各方对政策的声音;优化叙事修辞语言,打破生硬解读模式;把握适度叙事立场,客观表达群众对政策需求。旨在为其它主流媒体通过讲述职业教育故事传达政策方针时,提供可以借鉴的经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 The new Law of the People’s Republic of China on Vocational Education,which came into force on 1 May 2022,emphasises that "vocational education is a type of education that equals same degree as general education and is an important part of both the national education system and human resources development",which is the first time that our country has affirmed the important place of vocational education at the legal level.It also shows our determination to develop vocational education.However,the public has long been prejudiced against vocational education and has not been able to understand the meaning behind vocational education policies.This has led to China’s vocational education facing difficulties in enrolling students and a shortage of complex skilled personnel.Therefore,it is necessary to create a positive public opinion at the media level in China,to build a positive image of the vocational education community by telling a good story of vocational education in China,and to urge the implementation of relevant policies while breaking the public stereotype.Through reading the relevant reports,the author found that China Youth Daily has taken up its responsibility as a mainstream media in the process of implementing vocational education policy,and has hosted the "Forum on News Media and Higher Vocational Education" for many times,and carried out special reports on it.It has also sent a number of reporters to interview Chinese athletes at the World Skills Competition and to visit vocational institutions,actively reporting on information related to vocational education,and its report has a certain depth and breadth,as well as a certain degree of influence.Therefore,this paper takes the vocational education reports of China Youth Daily as the object of study,and uses narrative theory and mainly textual analysis to conduct an in-depth study of them.This paper includes four parts: the first part goes through an overall overview of China Youth Daily’s vocational education report and analyses the four narrative themes of interpreting policies,vocational education achievements,typical characters and institution construction;the second part analyses the narrator,narrative perspective and narrative focus of China Youth Daily’s vocational education report from the perspective of narrative voice,and combines it with specific reporting cases,the newspaper’s flexible use of narrators.The third section analyses the narrative elements,narrative rhetoric and narrative style of the vocational education report from the level of narrative discourse,using textual interpenetration and stylistic interpenetration to allow readers to perceive the difficulties of implementing vocational education policies while enhancing the article’s sense of weight and readability.In the fourth part,the narrative stance and narrative value of China Youth Daily’s vocational education report are judged,so as to identify its problems and finally come up with suggestions for the newspaper’s narrative strategy,such as insisting on multiple narrative themes to improve the connotation of modern vocational education;focusing on different narrative subjects to show the voices of various parties on the policy;optimising the rhetorical language of narrative to break the rigid interpretation model and grasping the appropriate narrative stance to objectively The aim is to provide an opportunity for other news media to express the needs of the public for the policy.The aim is to provide experience for other news media to draw on when conveying policy guidelines through vocational education storytelling.更多还原
