面向铜箔加工行业的制造执行系统关键技术研究与应用

【摘要】 随着时代的发展,企业数字化变革迫在眉睫,本文以铜箔制造业为研究对象,对面向铜箔制造业的制造执行系统关键技术进行研究与应用,旨在提升企业数字化程度,实现生产效率的极大提升,主要研究内容有以下几个部分:首先,结合铜箔生产工艺对铜箔生产现状进行分析,发现问题并提出业务改善建议,在此基础之上,对铜箔生产过程中关键控制点进行描述,并实施诸如智能配切、数据采集、数字孪生在内的数字化手段,以达到提升生产数字化程度、方便集成MES系统的目的。其次,根据铜箔生产行业生产特点,对制造执行系统总体框架进行设计,包括功能框架、技术架构、网络架构以及应用架构,通过分析铜箔生产过程中主要业务流程的方式,构建基于铜箔生产的制造执行系统业务流程框架,为后续系统实现奠定基础。随后,为确保制造执行系统在铜箔生产过程中数据采集的及时性与全面性,在梳理数据类型以及构建各维度数据采集模型基础之上,针对不同生产阶段、不同设备接口,设计基于OPC协议、基于数采网关、基于其他方式的三种数据采集详细方案,结合数字孪生技术,为铜箔生产信息化管控提供技术支持。另外,为解决铜箔生产过程中配切效率低下的问题,建立相关数据模型,提出基于剩余矩形思想以及同类组合策略的混合性遗传算法,既能保证配切无空腔存在、相同成品竖放竖排,又能保证全局搜索能力,能较好的满足铜箔实际配切需要。最后,根据上述研究成果,开发基于铜箔加工行业的制造执行系统,并通过实际运行验证了该系统的可用性。

【Abstract】 With the development of the times,digital transformation in companies has become increasingly urgent.This paper focuses on the key technologies of manufacturing execution systems for the copper foil manufacturing industry,aiming to improve the level of digitalization in enterprises and significantly enhance production efficiency.The main research contents include the following parts:Firstly,in combination with the copper foil production process,the current state of copper foil production is analyzed and problems are identified.Based on this analysis,business improvement suggestions are proposed.Then,key control points in the copper foil production process are described,and digital methods including intelligent cutting,data acquisition,and digital twinning are implemented to improve the level of digitalization in production and facilitate the integration of MES systems.Secondly,based on the characteristics of the copper foil production industry,the overall framework of the manufacturing execution system is designed,including functional framework,technical architecture,network architecture,and application architecture.A business process framework based on copper foil production is constructed by analyzing the main business processes in the copper foil production process,providing a foundation for subsequent system implementation.Then,in order to ensure that the manufacturing execution system can collect data in a timely and comprehensive manner during the copper foil production process,three detailed data collection schemes are designed,based on the OPC protocol,data acquisition gateway,and other methods,respectively,for different production stages and device interfaces.The digital twinning technology is integrated to provide technical support for the information management and control of copper foil production.In addition,in order to address the problem of low cutting efficiency in the copper foil production process,relevant data models are established,and a hybrid genetic algorithm based on the remaining rectangle idea and similar composition strategy is proposed.The proposed algorithm can ensure that there are no cavities in cutting and products are vertically stacked and arranged.At the same time,it can also perform global search and meet the actual needs of copper foil cutting.Finally,based on the above research results,a manufacturing execution system for the copper foil processing industry is developed and the effectiveness of the system is verified through actual operation.
