基于BIM的矿山输送通廊建设项目监理实施过程研究与实践

【摘要】 随着当前建筑行业的不断发展,项目建设信息化程度不断加深,工程项目管理也日趋规范。对于监理行业来说,当前普遍存在控制手段单一、管控效果较差等问题,若继续采用传统监理手段,将难以满足当前建筑行业发展的需求。因此,在监理工作中运用BIM(Building Information Modelling)技术,通过其可视化、协调性、模拟性等特点,来丰富工程监理的管理手段,让监理在项目管控中发挥更好的效果。对于矿山输送通廊项目来说,其战线长、地形复杂、协调管理工作量大,对监理工作的开展也提出了很高的要求。本文首先对当前监理行业与矿山工程现状展开讨论,探讨在监理过程中使用BIM技术以及将BIM技术应用于矿山通廊建设项目的可行性。针对监理工作中的“三控三管一协调”,构建监理各阶段的工作流程,进而分析基于BIM技术的应用点,探讨在过程管控中如何提高监理管控效率和成果。其次对矿山输送通廊模型创建开展研究,围绕矿山输送方式的选择及BIM技术在模型构建时的应用,从协同方式选择和模型创建两个方面,论述搭建BIM建模平台的技术要点以及如何发挥其在设计阶段的优势。最后本文以矿山输送通廊建设项目为背景,将BIM技术运用于监理工作实践中,通过其在工程计量、质量预控、综合协调等多方面的运用,探索新的管控方法,解决矿山输送通廊建设项目的难点问题,发挥BIM平台的在监理工作中的作用。本文为BIM技术应用于矿山建设项目监理工作提供了新的思路,有助于BIM技术在工程监理中更快的运用落地。对BIM技术运用于矿山通廊建设项目全过程管控的系统研究探索,也将为后期进一步规范矿山项目建设流程和丰富智慧矿山建设方式提供新的方法。

【Abstract】 With the continuous development of the current construction industry,the degree of informatization of project construction has been deepened,and the management of engineering projects has become increasingly standardized.For the supervision industry,there are currently common problems such as single control means and poor control effect.If traditional supervision methods continue to be used,it will be difficult to meet the needs of the current development of the construction industry.Therefore,the use of BIM(Building Information Modelling)technology in the supervision work,through its visualization,coordination,simulation and other characteristics,enriches the management means of project supervision,so that the supervision can play a better role in project management and control.For the mine transportation corridor project,it has a long front line,complex terrain,and a large workload of coordination and management,which also puts forward high requirements for the development of supervision work.This paper firstly discusses the current status of supervision industry and mine engineering,and discusses the feasibility of using BIM technology in the supervision process and applying BIM technology to mine corridor construction projects.In view of the "three controls,three managements and one coordination" in the supervision work,the work flow of each stage of supervision is constructed,and then the application points based on BIM technology are analyzed,and how to improve the efficiency and results of supervision management and control in process control is discussed.Secondly,carry out research on the creation of mine conveying corridor model,focusing on the selection of mine conveying mode and the application of BIM technology in model construction,from the two aspects of collaboration mode selection and model creation,discuss the technical points of building a BIM modeling platform and how to play it its advantages in the design phase.Finally,this paper takes the construction project of mine conveying corridor as the background,applies BIM technology in supervision work practice,and explores new management and control methods through its application in engineering measurement,quality pre-control,comprehensive coordination,etc.Difficult problems in the construction project of mine conveying corridor,play the role of BIM platform in the supervision work.This study provides a new idea for the application of BIM technology to the supervision of mine construction projects,which is helpful for the faster application of BIM technology in engineering supervision.The systematic research and exploration on the application of BIM technology to the whole process management and control of mine corridor construction projects will also provide new references for further standardizing the construction process of mine projects and enriching the construction methods of smart mines in the later stage.
