【摘要】 互联网技术和信息化技术的蓬勃发展引领各行各业生产、服务方式向高效、便捷、及时方向改变。医疗服务行业结合新一代的信息化技术,智慧医疗的服务模式应运而生。医疗随访工作既是医疗诊治服务不可或缺的一部分,也是采集病例各类信息开展医疗科学研究的重要渠道。传统的医疗随访方式一般采用电子邮件随访、电话短信随访以及门诊预约等,这些方式通常需要医护人员手工操作,存在效率较低,信息沟通不畅等诸多问题。为了解决医疗随访过程中的痛点,本文设计构建了基于微服务的医疗随访系统,使用微信小程序为医生和患者提供更加便利快捷的随访平台。系统提供医疗随访计划功能,医生可以创建随访计划,并设计提醒时间,为患者和医生提供在线联系通道,方便医疗问题的咨询和解答。本文首先阐述医疗随访系统的研究背景和国内外发展情况,并分析医疗随访系统应用场景。接着介绍微服务架构相关框架、Spring Secrity、Redis缓存机制和微信小程序,为医疗随访系统网页端和小程序端的实现提供技术理论支持。分析医疗随访系统需求和系统方案,方便后续系统设计。根据需求分析,系统采用前后端分离模式,以后端Spring Cloud Alibaba微服务框架为基础,实现一个具有用户角色权限管理和服务路由功能的系统,并设计与CA对接接口,外接HIS系统等其他医疗系统,便于提高系统功能全面性,提升系统可扩展性。前端使用vue-admin-template框架实现网页端界面开发,微信小程序界面使用微信开发者工具开发。最后详细介绍系统主要功能实现,并测试系统功能运行情况,实现了一个功能丰富、可扩展、高可用的医疗随访系统。更多还原

【Abstract】 The vigorous development of Internet technology and information technology leads all walks of life to change the production and service mode to efficient,convenient and timely direction.The medical service industry combined with the new generation of information technology,intelligent medical service model emerges at the historic moment.Medical follow-up is not only an indispensable part of medical diagnosis and treatment services,but also an important channel to collect various information of medical cases and carry out medical scientific research.The traditional methods of medical follow-up are usually E-mail follow-up,telephone follow-up and outpatient appointment,etc.These methods usually require manual operation by medical staff,and have many problems such as low efficiency and poor communication of information.In order to solve the pain points in the process of medical follow-up,this paper designed and constructed a medical follow-up system based on micro service,which uses wechat mini program to provide a more convenient and fast follow-up platform for doctors and patients.The system provides the function of medical follow-up plan.Doctors can create follow-up plan,design reminder time,provide online contact channel for patients and doctors,and facilitate the consultation and answer of medical problems.This paper firstly describes the research background and development of medical follow-up system at home and abroad,and analyzes the application scenarios of medical follow-up system.Then,the relevant framework of micro-service architecture,Spring Secrity,Redis cache mechanism and wechat mini program are introduced to provide technical and theoretical support for the implementation of web page side and mini program side of medical follow-up system.Analyze the requirements and schemes of the medical follow-up system to facilitate the design of the follow-up system.According to the demand analysis,the system adopts the separation mode of front and back end,and based on the back-end Spring Cloud Alibaba micro-service framework,realizes a system with user role authority management and service routing functions,and designs the interface with CA,external HIS system and other medical systems,so as to improve the comprehensive function of the system.Improve system scalability.The front-end uses vue-admin-template framework to realize the development of web interface,and the wechat applet interface is developed using wechat developer tools.Finally,the main functions of the system are introduced in detail,and the running status of the system is tested.A medical follow-up system with rich functions,extensibility and high availability is realized.更多还原
