【摘要】 在产业供应链的视角和驱动下,物流供应链管理理念相应发生了变化,物流外包、合同物流等方式越来越被广泛应用。目前,我国西南地区建筑行业缺少产业物流头部企业,为打造该地区在建筑行业内的头部物流企业,D公司将依托集团现有产业及产业上下游物流体量资源,打造全新的物流生态板块,力争成为西南地区的产业物流标杆企业。本文基于这一大的环境条件下,聚焦研究D公司物流外包供应商的选择体系,以物流外包管理理论为指导,通过梳理D公司物流工作开展实际,分析D公司物流外包服务供应商的选择现状和问题,并根据问题产生的原因对症下药,找到优化物流外包服务供应商的选择指标及评分方式。在遵循理论研究和实证研究相结合、定性方法与定量方法相结合的研究方法基础上,通过实地走访、问卷调查等方法获得优化后的选择指标后,本文运用AHP层次分析法重新构建了D公司物流外包服务供应商的选择体系并进行了实证分析,得到了有效结果。通过研究发现,D公司目前存在物流外包供应商服务水平质量跟不上、对入库供应商指标评分差距较大等问题。同时,将新构建的D公司物流外包供应商选择体系运用于实际案例进行实证检验,最终得到了具有实践意义的现实效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the perspective and drive of the industrial supply chain,the concept of logistics supply chain management has changed accordingly,and logistics outsourcing and contract logistics have been more and more widely used.At present,the construction industry in southwest China lacks industrial logistics head enterprises,in order to build the region’s leading logistics enterprises in the construction industry,Company D will rely on the group’s existing industries and industrial upstream and downstream logistics resources to create a new logistics ecological sector,and strive to become an industrial logistics benchmark enterprise in southwest China.Based on this environmental condition,this paper focuses on the selection system of logistics outsourcing suppliers of Company D,takes the theory of logistics outsourcing management as the guide,analyzes the selection status and problems of the logistics outsourcing service providers of Company D by combing the actual logistics work of Company D,and finds the selection indicators and scoring methods for optimizing the logistics outsourcing service providers according to the causes of the problems.Based on the research method of combining theoretical research and empirical research,qualitative method and quantitative method,and obtaining the optimized selection index through field visits and questionnaire surveys,this paper uses the AHP analytic hierarchy method to reconstruct the selection system of logistics outsourcing service providers of Company D and conducts empirical analysis,and obtains effective results.Through the study,it is found that Company D currently has problems such as the service level and quality of logistics outsourcing suppliers cannot keep up,and the score of inbound suppliers is quite different.At the same time,the newly constructed logistics outsourcing supplier selection system of Company D is applied to actual cases for empirical testing,and finally practical results with practical significance are obtained.更多还原
