【副题名】以苏坡公园改造应用为例

【摘要】 社区公园作为重要的城市空间载体,为市民提供了休闲活动、最近接触自然的活动场地,是人们户外活动的重要休闲游憩空间。随着城市化进程的发展和人们生活水平的提高,以及公园城市发展模式的概念提出,城市发展进入更高品质化的发展阶段,市民对户外公园空间的品质需求不断提高。目前,成都正处于打造公园城市的进程先锋中,提升社区公园空间品质在打造公园城市、提升市民生活品质方面具有重要作用。本研究在“公园城市”理念指导下,以社区公园空间为研究对象,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法构建社区公园空间品质评价体系;选择成都市青羊区成飞公园、万花公园和苏坡公园三个公园进行体系应用评价,分析存在的问题,并提出提升策略;并选取苏坡公园进行改造实践。取得如下研究成果:首先,通过理论分析,对“公园城市”和社区公园空间品质的相关研究进行了系统梳理和总结,结合公园城市发展理念从生态支撑、融合驱动、品质维护三个层面提出影响城市社区公园空间品质的7类因子,并在前人研究的基础上,筛选出影响社区公园空间品质的26个具体的指标,采用层次分析法和模糊综合评价法构建了评价体系。再邀请相关领域的专家对各指标进行对比打分,确定每个指标的权重值,最后,构建一套具有普适性和科学性的四级社区公园空间品质评价指标体系。其次,以成都市青羊区内的成飞公园、万花公园、苏坡公园为实证,基于品质目标进行现状调查,对调查问卷进行数据统计和模糊综合评价分析,得出成飞公园和万花公园的空间品质在较好等级,苏坡公园在一般等级,再分析得出苏坡公园在公园城市理念下公园空间品质主要在融合驱动方面存在问题。最后,根据调查和调研收集的数据分析得出的社区公园空间品质问题,从社区公园改造建设原则和便捷性、开放性、吸引性以及归属性四个特征方面提出在公园城市发展模式下,社区公园在改造、规划建设方面需要达到社区公园空间品质的提升和优化策略,并以苏坡公园应用为例。基于苏坡公园现状,从改造边界空间、增加内部空间和改造内部消极空间三个方面进行改造设计,为社区公园改造建设提供指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 As an important carrier of urban space,community park provides citizens with leisure activities and recent activities in contact with nature.It is an important leisure and recreation space for people’s outdoor activities.With the development of urbanization and the improvement of people’s living standards,as well as the concept of park city development model,urban development has entered a higher quality development stage,and citizens’ demand for the quality of outdoor park space has been increasing.At present,Chengdu is in the vanguard of the process of building a park city.Improving the spatial quality of community parks plays an important role in building a park city and improving the quality of life of citizens.Under the guidance of the concept of "Park City",this study takes the community park space as the research object,and constructs the community park space quality evaluation system by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method;Chengdu Qingyang District Chengfei Park,Wanhua Park and Supo park are selected for system application evaluation,the existing problems are analyzed,and the improvement strategies are put forward;And select Supo park for transformation practice.The research results are as follows:Firstly,through theoretical analysis,this paper systematically combs and summarizes the relevant research on the spatial quality of "Park City" and community park,and then combined with the concept of park city development,puts forward seven types of factors affecting the spatial quality of urban community park from the three levels of ecological support,integration drive and quality maintenance,and selects 26 specific indicators affecting the spatial quality of community park on the basis of previous studies,The evaluation system is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Then invite experts in relevant fields to compare and score each index,determine the weight value of each index,and finally build a set of universal and scientific four-level community park spatial quality evaluation index system.Secondly,taking Chengfei Park,Wanhua Park and Supo Park in Qingyang District of Chengdu as an example,based on the quality objectives,the current situation was investigated,and the questionnaire was analyzed through data statistics and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.It was concluded that the spatial quality of Chengfei Park and Wanhua Park was at a good level,and Supo Park was at a general level.Then it was concluded that the spatial quality of Supo Park was mainly driven by integration under the concept of Park City.Finally,according to the analysis of the data collected from the investigation and investigation,this paper puts forward the strategies to improve and optimize the spatial quality of community parks in the transformation,planning and construction of community parks under the park city development mode from the four aspects of the transformation and construction principles of community parks and the four characteristics of convenience,openness,attraction and belonging.Taking the application of Supo Park as an example,based on the current situation of Supo Park,The reconstruction design is carried out from three aspects: transforming the boundary space,increasing the internal space and transforming the internal negative space,so as to provide guidance for the reconstruction and construction of community parks.更多还原
