【摘要】 现今我国地铁轨道工程建设发展迅猛,多个城市已经拥有了数条地铁线路,并且还存在多个地铁工程处于规划施工中。地铁的开通为人们带来了便捷快速的出行方式,但是地铁的修建往往不是一蹴而就的。地铁工程规模巨大,涉及专业领域繁多并且专业性极强,施工过程复杂,其建设过程中不确定性因素(风险)甚多。因此,对地铁工程项目进行风险管理显得尤为重要。本文依托在建的西安地铁X号线一期工程项目,对项目建设施工过程中的风险管理问题进行研究,以风险管理理论为基础,以风险管理的流程为主线,结合地铁工程项目建设实施的特点,采用工程项目风险管理基本方法和技术手段对研究对象在风险识别、风险评价和风险应对三个方面进行探讨。建立所研究项目的风险评价体系,提出行之有效的安全风险应对策略与措施,以期对项目建设过程中的风险因素做到可防可控,保证西安地铁工程建设顺利进行。研究主要包括以下内容:首先,从项目自身特点和切实现状出发,对西安地铁工程X号线一期项目进行施工风险因素识别。工程施工风险因素识别主要分为四个部分,自然与环境风险、自身施工风险、经济风险和管理风险。然后,针对识别出的地铁工程项目风险因素,借助行业相关规定以及相关研究资料对西安地铁X号线工程项目施工相关的重要风险因素的风险程度运用模糊综合评价法进行综合评价。评估分析得出了地铁项目施工风险的级别,建立风险评价指标体系。最后,在对地铁工程项目风险进行识别、评价分析的基础上,针对风险评价结果,编制出详细的专项施工方案,提出一系列风险应对措施与建议,为实际工程施工提供借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 Nowadays,the construction of subway track projects in China is developing rapidly.Many cities have several subway lines,and there are still many subway projects under planning and construction.The opening of the subway has brought people a convenient and fast way to travel,but the construction of the subway is often not achieved overnight.The subway project has a huge scale,involves a wide range of professional fields and is highly professional.The construction process is complex,and there are many uncertain factors(risks)in the construction process.Therefore,the risk management of subway project is particularly important.Relying on the phase I project of Xi’an metro line x under construction,this paper studies the risk management in the process of project construction.Based on the risk management theory,taking the process of risk management as the main line,combined with the characteristics of metro project construction and implementation,this paper uses the basic methods and technical means of project risk management to discuss the research object in three aspects: risk identification,risk evaluation and risk response.Establish the risk evaluation system of the research project,and put forward effective safety risk response strategies and measures,in order to prevent and control the risk factors in the process of project construction and ensure the smooth construction of Xi’an metro project.The research mainly includes the following contents:Firstly,starting from the characteristics and current situation of the project,the construction risk factors of phase I project of Xi’an metro line X are identified.The identification of engineering construction risk factors is mainly divided into four parts:natural and environmental risks,self construction risks,economic risks and management risks.Then,according to the identified risk factors of subway project,with the help of relevant industry regulations and relevant research data,the risk degree of important risk factors related to the construction of Xi’an metro line X project is comprehensively evaluated by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The level of construction risk of subway project is obtained through evaluation and analysis,and the risk evaluation index system is established.Finally,based on the risk identification,evaluation and analysis of the subway project,according to the risk evaluation results,a detailed special construction scheme is prepared,and a series of risk response measures and suggestions are put forward to provide reference for the actual project construction.更多还原
