【摘要】 近年来,国家数字化转型战略持续推进。央企及各级国有企业都在争分夺秒全力以赴开展数字化转型工作。但随着数字化转型进程的不断深入,为满足业务需要,越来越多的系统投入研发,多项目并行的情况日益普遍。在有限的人力配备条件下,如何进行项目管理,尤其是项目的质量管理就显得愈加急迫。本研究课题以S公司的数据产品为主要研究对象。面对公司产品类型多样、组织架构和业务流程不断调整、项目运作模式混合多样的现状,综合考虑产品的体量和重要程度、开发模式以及团队运作模式等不同因素,通过将质量管理与过程管理、单项目管理与多项目管理等相关理论有机结合,需要构建一套以单项目过程质量管理为主、多项目分级质量管理为辅的组织级项目质量管理体系。同时,通过对公司FSI项目集的实施过程的介绍,综合相关成果,从缺陷密度、Sonar扫描结果等几方面的数据,验证了质量管理体系对S公司软件项目质量提升的有效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 In recent years,the national Digital transformation strategy has been promoted continuously.Central and state-owned enterprises at all levels are racing against time to fully carry out the work of digital transformation.However,with the deepening of the Digital transformation process,more and more systems have been invested in research and development to meet the business needs,so that it is increasingly common for multiple projects to be carried out in parallel.With limited manpower,how to carry out project management,especially project quality management,is becoming increasingly urgent.This research subject takes data products of S Company as the main research object.Faced with the current situation of diverse product types,continuous adjustment of organizational structure and business processes,and mixed and diverse project operation modes in the company,as well as taking into account different factors such as product size and importance,development mode,and team operation mode,we need to organically combine quality management with process management,single project management,and multi project management to build an organizational level project quality management system with single project process quality management as the main focus and multi-project hierarchical quality management as the auxiliary.At the same time,by introducing the implementation process of the company’s FSI Program and integrating relevant achievements,the effectiveness of the quality management system in improving the quality of S company’s software projects was verified through data from defect density,Sonar scanning results,and other aspects.更多还原
