【摘要】 随着全球经济一体化和企业管理国际化的推进,社会财富呈几何级数增长。经济、社会飞速发展的代价是自然资源的粗放式消耗、生态环境的灭绝式破坏、地区经济的非平衡发展。在可持续发展压力严峻的背景下,企业社会责任作为一种社会思潮和运动席卷全球,引起了越来越多国家、经济体和社会组织的关注和重视,也对我国企业的持续成长产生了重要的影响。在我国经济体中,混合所有制企业是重要的一部分,这类企业在履行社会责任时的示范和表率作用更明显。本文首先从理论上分析了混合所有制企业的社会责任对其投资行为的影响机理和作用渠道,然后根据企业社会责任的相关理论,使用因子分析法构建了混合所有制企业社会责任的评级指数,采用2011-2020年间20300个样本数据进行实证研究。通过研究发现:(1)混合所有制企业的企业社会责任对企业投资规模和投资效率都能产生显著的正向影响;(2)混合所有制企业的社会责任主要影响企业的固定资产投资行为;(3)通过中介效应检验,混合所有制企业社会责任通过影响企业的融资环境影响企业投资规模,通过公司治理影响企业投资效率,二者都对企业的投资行为产生了间接的正向影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the advancement of global economic integration and the internationalization of enterprise management,social wealth is increasing in geometric progression.The co st of the rapid economic and social development is the extensive consumption of natu ral resources,the destruction of ecological environment and the unbalanced developme nt of regional economy.In the context of severe pressure of sustainable development,corporate social responsibility,as a social trend and movement,has swept the world,a ttracting the attention and attention of more and more countries,economies and social organizations,and also has an important impact on the sustainable growth of Chinese enterprises.Mixed-ownership enterprises are an important part of China’s economy,and they play a more obvious role in fulfilling their social responsibilities.At first,this paper theoretically analyzes the mixed ownership enterprise social res ponsibility for its investment behavior,the influence mechanism and function of the ch annel,and then according to the theory of corporate social responsibility,using the fa ctor analysis method to construct the mixed ownership enterprise society responsibility rating index,using 2010-2020,20300 sample data for empirical research.The results show that:(1)corporate social responsibility of mixed-ownership enterprises has a sign ificant positive impact on investment scale and investment efficiency;(2)The social re sponsibility of mixed ownership enterprises mainly affects the fixed asset investment b ehavior of enterprises;(3)Through the intermediary effect test,the social responsibility of mixed ownership enterprises affects the scale of enterprise investment by affecting the financing environment of enterprises,and the investment efficiency by corporate g overnance,both of which have an indirect positive impact on the investment behavior of enterprises.更多还原
