【摘要】 改革开放以来,社会经济的飞速发展、人民生活水平的提高和体育产业化道路的长足进步推动国内兴起体育中心的建设热潮,众多大规模、高标准的现代化体育中心在各级城市迅速规划落地。而大批兴建的体育中心往往规划时间短促、各方的效益权衡不足,导致其在赛后暴露出各种场馆利用和运营问题。其中,体育中心的选址规划是城市发展极为重要的部分,也是其后期运营能否成功的关键基础。大量实例表明,选址不当必然会给城市、体育中心以及使用人群带来巨大的消极作用。体育中心选址方面的既有研究,主要集中在选址原则的建立与选址目标的定性评价方面。由于数据匮乏、技术壁垒等影响,体育中心规划选址方法较为单一,主观评价占据较大成分,难以综合深入地考虑多种影响因素。随着大量城市数据的研究兴起,运用新数据和新方法来认识和规划城市空间变得愈发重要,也使得更科学、客观完成体育中心的选址工作成为可能。本文首先介绍了研究的背景,反思体育中心建设发展热潮及浪潮过后的问题,并提出多源数据的兴起与选址应用可能,明确本研究的方向、目的和意义。其次,本文基于文献研究对多源数据相关问题进行阐释,包括数据属性、应用方向、获取方式等。解析了国内外体育中心选址的相关研究,明确影响体育中心选址的理论基础和主要因素。研究选取典型案例实地调研体育中心选址建设情况,分析其选址决策的促成原因和利益权衡。以哈尔滨国际会展体育中心为例,基于POI数据进行了体育中心与城市、周边环境的空间分析,探讨体育中心及周边环境发展的成因机制。结合文献和调研结果提出了体育中心选址的基本原则。接着提出基于多源数据的体育中心选址评价的方法。从城市、建筑、使用人群三者的视角构建选址评价框架,总结体育中心选址的5个主要评价指标,包括“城市规划契合性”、“发展区位优势度”、“配套环境健全性”、“场地交通便捷性”和“体育空间公平性”,以及13个二级测度指标。提出体育中心选址所需的评价信息和指标计算方法。最后以哈尔滨主城区为例进行体育中心选址评价,展示各个指标的可视化数据分析结果,通过案例实践证明方法的易操作性、科学性、有效性和实用性。基于多源数据的体育中心选址方法对于提升城市体育中心优化选址决策具有重要的理论意义,并对大型场馆的理性规划建设和可持续发展具有深远的实践意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up,the rapid development of social economy,the improvement of people’s living standard and the great progress of sports industrialization have promoted the upsurge of building sports centers in China.Many large-scale and high-standard modern sports centers have been rapidly planned and established in cities at all levels.However,a large number of sports centers built often have short planning time and insufficient benefit balance,resulting in the exposure of various stadium utilization and operation problems after the game.Among them,the location planning of sports center is an extremely important part of urban development,and also the key basis for its later operation.A large number of examples show that improper site selection will inevitably bring great negative effects to cities,sports centers and users.The research on site selection of existing sports centers mainly focuses on the establishment of site selection principles and qualitative evaluation of site selection objectives.Due to the lack of data and the impact of technical barriers,the method of site selection planning is relatively single,and subjective evaluation occupies a large part,making it difficult to comprehensively and deeply consider various influencing factors.With the rise of a large number of urban data research,the use of new data and new methods to understand and plan urban space is becoming more and more important,but also makes it possible to complete the site selection of sports center more scientifically and objectively.This paper first introduces the background of the research,reflects on the construction and development of sports center and the problems after the wave,and puts forward the rise of multi-source data and the possibility of site selection application,to clarify the direction,purpose and significance of this research.Secondly,based on literature research,this paper explains the related issues of multisource data,including data attributes,application directions,acquisition methods,etc.This paper analyzes the relevant research of sports center site selection at home and abroad,and makes clear the theoretical basis and main factors affecting sports center site selection.This paper selects typical cases to investigate the site selection and construction of sports center,and analyzes the causes and benefits of site selection decision.Taking Harbin International Convention and Exhibition Sports Center as an example,based on POI data,the paper analyzes the space between the sports center and the city and the surrounding environment,and discusses the development mechanism of the sports center and the surrounding environment.Based on the literature and research results,the basic principles of location selection of sports center are put forward.Then the method of site selection evaluation of sports center based on multi-source data is proposed.The site selection evaluation framework is constructed from the perspectives of city,architecture and users,and 5 main evaluation indexes of sports center site selection are summarized,including "the city planning in particular,the development degree of location advantage,supporting"environmental health ","site traffic convenience" and "fairness" physical space,and13 secondary measure.The evaluation information and index calculation method for location selection of sports center are proposed.Finally,main urban area of Harbin as an example of sports center site selection evaluation,display the results of visual data analysis of each index,through the case practice to prove the method is easy to operate,scientific,effective and practical.The location selection method of sports center based on multi-source data is of great theoretical significance for improving the optimal location selection decision of urban sports center,and has profound practical significance for rational planning and construction of large-scale stadiums and sustainable development.更多还原
