【副题名】以重庆市主城区为例

【摘要】 随着城市现代化进程加快,高强度的工作压力和快频率的社会节奏让许多人的身体呈现亚健康状态,而健康的生活方式也逐渐深入大众之心,人民群众的体育健身需求日益增长,发展体育运动,推行全民健身已然形成。体育公园兼具休闲和运动的双重特点,既可以作为居民体育活动的载体,又可以促进城市生态环境,且伴随着国家各项政策支持,体育公园也受到了社会各界的关注。如今,人们开始逐渐倾向于选择在体育公园里锻炼,既可以享受运动带来的乐趣,又可以欣赏城市的美好生态环境,身心得到极大放松。城市体育公园的建设也受到了政府的重视,其双重特点属性使体育公园成为了重庆市体育产业发展的新亮点。本文运用PEST分析法从政治、经济、社会文化环境、科学技术等宏观角度对发展建设体育公园的外部环境做了详细分析,然后再通过实地调研和问卷调查等分析方法从微观角度对体育公园的建设概况、运营管理、市民锻炼情况和满意度进行分析,总结出重庆市体育公园的建设现状和存在的不足之处,最后为促进重庆市体育公园未来的发展,借鉴国内成功运营案例,提出针对性发展策略和建议,(具体研究结论如下):1、重庆市主城区体育公园建设已有一定的规模,但整体的规划上面缺乏宏观性,公园设施有待优化,服务水平不高,体育特色不足,资金渠道单一,不利于当前体育事业的发展。2、通过对国内成都东安湖体育公园、北京奥林匹克公园、上海闵行体育公园的建设经验分析得出,公园建设选址要便利民众,规划设计要具备自己的特色,体现社会价值和经济价值,明确的运营理念,满足大众体育需求。3、重庆市体育公园未来建设发展更要体现出自然属性和社会属性,更加生态性,更加人文化,且在各方面都将推陈出新、鼎新革故,愈加成为人们喜爱的健身公共场所。4、重庆市体育公园发展策略:合理配置体育资源,优化体育设施,资金来源多渠道化,建立健全管理制度,提高服务水平,让重庆市体育公园在未来能为市民提供优质的锻炼保障。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the acceleration of urban modernization,high-intensity work pressure and fast social rhythm make many people’s bodies appear sub-healthy,and healthy lifestyles have gradually penetrated into the hearts of the public.The people’s demand for physical fitness is increasing day by day.Sports,the implementation of national fitness has been formed.Sports parks have the dual characteristics of leisure and sports.They can not only serve as a carrier for residents’ sports activities,but also promote the urban ecological environment.With the support of various national policies,sports parks have also attracted attention from all walks of life.Nowadays,people gradually tend to choose to exercise in sports parks,which can not only enjoy the fun brought by sports,but also appreciate the beautiful ecological environment of the city,and greatly relax both physically and mentally.The construction of urban sports parks has also attracted the attention of the government.Its dual characteristics make the sports parks a new bright spot in the development of the sports industry in Chongqing.This paper uses the PEST analysis method to make a detailed analysis of the external environment of the development and construction of sports parks from the macro perspectives of politics,economy,social and cultural environment,science and technology,and then through field research and questionnaire surveys and other analytical methods from a micro perspective.The construction overview,operation management,citizens’ exercise situation and satisfaction are analyzed,and the construction status and shortcomings of Chongqing Sports Park are summarized.Sexual development strategies and recommendations,(specific research conclusions are as follows):1.The construction of sports parks in the main urban area of Chongqing has a certain scale,but the overall planning lacks macroscopicity,the park facilities need to be optimized,the service level is not high,the sports characteristics are insufficient,and the funding channels are single,which is not conducive to the current development of sports.2.Through the analysis of the construction experience of the domestic Chengdu Dong an Lake Sports Park,Beijing Olympic Park,and Shanghai Minhang Sports Park,it is concluded that the park construction site should be convenient for the public,and the planning and design should have its own characteristics,reflect social and economic value,and clearly to meet the needs of mass sports.3.The future construction and development of Chongqing Sports Park will reflect its natural and social attributes,be more ecological,and be more humanistic.In addition,it will bring forth new ideas and innovate in all aspects,making it more and more popular as a fitness public place.4.Development strategy of Chongqing Sports Park: rationally allocate sports resources,optimize sports facilities,diversify funding sources,establish and improve management systems,and improve service levels,so that Chongqing Sports Park can provide citizens with high-quality exercise guarantees in the future.更多还原
