识读课堂：一项中职课堂的人种志研究

【摘要】 中等职业教育定位于技能型人才的培养,它在我国现代教育体系中处于基础地位,课堂是教育发生的主要场所,中等职业学校的课堂研究具有重要的现实意义。对中职课堂的研究可以采取识读的策略与思路,通过识读可以发现中职课堂中的许多奥秘。人种志是文化人类学的基本方法,其在教育研究中的应用则形成了教育人种志研究,课堂人种志则是教育人种志研究的一种具体形式,其基本特征就是在课堂中研究。观察、访谈与体验是课堂人种志研究中三种主要的资料收集手段,作为一种教育研究类型的课堂人种志研究有其丰富的理论基础和规范的研究过程。中职课堂的识读包括两个基本维度,一是课堂中学生的在场状态,这可以从课堂表现、心灵事实、个人勾勒和课堂冲突等四个方面进行分析和描述,二是中职课堂对教师的期许,这可以从课堂有效性、师生关系、课堂管理和教学方式等四个方面进行分析和描述。识读是以观察和访谈得到的第一手资料为依据的,并伴以必要的理论分析。课堂识读必然要导向课堂的干预和改进,中职课堂改进和干预的策略包括问题行为的合理处置、课堂有效性的提升、新型师生关系的构建和教化的回归等。中职课堂的识读是一项已经起步的工作,是对中职课堂研究的一种新的尝试。更多还原

【Abstract】 Secondary vocational education is oriented to the cultivation of skilled talents,which is in a basic position in China’s modern education system.The classroom is the main place where education takes place.Classroom research in secondary vocational schools is of great practical significance.The study of secondary vocational classes can adopt the strategy and thinking of reading,through which many mysteries in secondary vocational classes can be found.Ethnography is the basic method of cultural anthropology and its application in educational research forms educational ethnography.Classroom ethnography is a specific form of educational ethnography research.Observation,interview and experience are three main data collection methods in classroom ethnographic research.As a type of educational research,classroom ethnographic research has its rich theoretical basis and normative research process.Secondary vocational classroom read includes two basic dimensions,one is the classroom of middle school students present status,the fact that from the classroom performance,and mind,personal outline and class conflict and so on four aspects carries on the analysis and description,the second is the secondary classroom to teacher’s expectation,this can be from the classroom efficiency,the relationship between teachers and students,classroom management and teaching methods and so on four aspects carries on the analysis and description.Literacy is based on first-hand data from observations and interviews,with necessary theoretical analysis.Classroom literacy is bound to lead to classroom intervention and improvement.Strategies for classroom improvement and intervention in secondary vocational schools include rational disposal of problem behaviors,improvement of classroom effectiveness,construction of new teacher-student relationship and regression of education.The secondary vocational classroom literacy is a starting work,is a new attempt to secondary vocational classroom research.更多还原
