【摘要】 合理的教育资源配置是新时代教育高质量发展的重要要素之一,也是促进教育公平的有效途径。本研究以Q市幼儿园教育资源的空间布局和配置为研究对象,旨在探究县域内幼儿园教育资源配置的现状和问题,并分析其原因,提出优化策略,为县域内教育资源的配置提供理论和实践的双重参考价值。本研究计划从以下几个维度展开:绪论部分包括问题提出、研究意义、核心概念界定、文献综述和研究设计。第一章将明确研究路径,以Q市幼儿园教育资源的空间布局和配置为研究对象,进行研究设计。第二章将通过GIS地理信息系统研究当前幼儿园教育资源的空间布局现状。第三章将确定研究指标、构建框架,并基于Q市幼儿园教育发展背景和2015-2020年间的幼儿园发展面板数据,对Q市幼儿园教育资源配置的发展变化进行描述和分析,梳理Q市幼儿园教育资源配置的历史趋势和现状。第四章将从多个方面分析Q市教育资源的空间布局和配置存在的问题,并探寻其原因。第五章将针对幼儿园空间布局和资源配置存在的问题提出优化策略,以期为Q市及其他地方的幼儿园教育资源配置提供具体可行的方法。对幼儿园教育资源配置的需求预测具有深远的意义,可以有效避免资源配置风险,减少幼儿园教育资源供给过剩或不足的问题。因此,本研究将提出促进Q市幼儿园空间布局和教育资源配置的建议和意见,为推动学前教育的普及、普惠和高质量发展贡献专业力量。最后,结语部分将对本研究的结果进行总结,并提出进一步研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Reasonable allocation of educational resources is a crucial element for the high-quality development of education in the new era and an effective pathway towards promoting educational equity.This study focuses on the spatial layout and allocation of educational resources in Q city’s kindergartens,aiming to explore the current status and existing issues of educational resource allocation within the county.It investigates the reasons behind these issues and proposes optimization strategies,aiming to provide valuable insights for educational resource allocation in the county,both in terms of theory and practice.This research is structured into several dimensions.Firstly,the introduction chapter includes problem statement,research significance,definition of core concepts,literature review,and research design.The first chapter clearly outlines the research path by selecting Q city’s kindergartens as the research object and designing the research approach.The second chapter presents the current status of spatial layout in Q city’s kindergartens,utilizing GIS(Geographic Information System)to study the spatial distribution of educational resources.The third chapter examines the current allocation of educational resources in Q city’s kindergartens.It identifies research indicators,constructs a framework,and describes and analyzes the development trends and current status of educational resource allocation based on panel data from Q city’s kindergarten development during 2015-2020.The fourth chapter investigates the existing issues and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the problems and underlying reasons in the spatial layout and resource allocation of Q city’s kindergartens.Finally,in the fifth chapter,optimization strategies are proposed to address the identified issues in kindergarten spatial layout and resource allocation,aiming to provide practical and feasible approaches for improving educational resource allocation in Q city and other similar areas.Accurate prediction of kindergarten educational resource demands holds significant implications as it can effectively mitigate the risks associated with resource allocation,ensuring a balance between surplus and inadequate supply of educational resources.Therefore,this study provides recommendations and insights to promote spatial layout and educational resource allocation in Q city’s kindergartens,contributing to the universal and high-quality development of early childhood education.The conclusion section summarizes the research findings and suggests future research directions.更多还原
