【摘要】 旅游与休闲产业越来越多被作为城市经济发展与社会复兴的重要战略产业,以旅游与休闲产业为开发的方式在旧城改造中也得到快速推广,那么在旅游开发过程中如何对旧城的文化旅游资源进行保护,并在可持续发展理念下对旅游产品进行构建与设计,在发展进程中如何保障旧城继续发挥原有的城市功能等问题,同样值得我们去关注与思考。本文通过以佛山叠滘片区旧城旅游化改造为案例对象,对基于可持续发展理念下旧城文化旅游产品的开发理念、开发思路与体系架构展开理论与实践结合的研究,旨在为后续同类型的旧城改造案例旅游产品的开发研究带来一定的启发意义与理论依据。文章分为三个部分对内容展开研究.首先在时代与产业的背景下,提出旧城旅游化改造中遇到的城市发展与文化保护问题,对旧城文化旅游开发过程中如何可持续发展进行思考;然后针对问题的解决进行了深入的分析与探讨,结合相关领域专家学者的研究成果展开了理论研究,剖析了文化资源可持续发展需要协调的四个发展维度,并以佛山叠滘项目作为实证案例,在实地调查与问卷访谈相结合的调研基础上,提出基于城市发展与居民诉求相协调的旧城文化旅游可持续发展的开发思路;第三部分是就解决问题的开发思路,对佛山叠滘旧城改造中的文化旅游开发提出构建思路与规划方案,并对方案的可实施性提出落地措施建议。论文的研究过程,运用旅游业的可持续发展理论、旧城旅游化改造相关理论、社会交换理论、旅游绅士化理论及文化旅游产品开发理论,探讨了社区文化主体居民的旅游参与、人口结构稳定、社会关系完整等对旧城文化旅游的可持续开发的重要性,提出了基于旅游业社会、经济、环境三维协同的可持续发展理念的文化、社区、环境、经济四维协调发展的旧城文旅开发“2C2E(culture,community,environment,economy)”理念。佛山叠滘旧城文化旅游产品体系具有深入的理论研究基础,由于旅游产品的构建实施成果需要一定的时间验证,希望笔者后续的跟踪与研究能得到响应与证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism and leisure industry is increasingly regarded as an important strategic industry for urban economic development and social rejuvenation.Taking tourism and leisure industry as the development mode has also been rapidly promoted in the transformation of the old city.However,how to protect the cultural tourism resources of the old city in the process of tourism development,and how to build and design tourism products under the concept of sustainable development,as well as how to ensure the old city to continue to play its original urban functions in the process of development is also worth our attention and thinking.In this paper,taking the old city tourism transformation in Diejiao District of Foshan as the case object,we perform a theoretical and practical research on the development concept,development thinking and system architecture of the old city cultural tourism products based on the concept of sustainable development,aiming to bring some inspiration and theoretical basis for the subsequent research on the development of tourism products in the same type of old city transformation cases.The article is divided into three parts.First of all,under the background of the times and industries,we put forward the problems of urban development and cultural protection encountered in the transformation of old city tourism,and ponder over how to achieve sustainable development in the process of the development of old city cultural tourism.Then,we carried out in-depth analysis and discussion on the solution of the problem.We conducted theoretical research and analysis theoretical research and analysis in combination with the research findings of previous experts and scholars in relevant fields,and analyzed the four development dimensions that need to be coordinated for the sustainable development of cultural resources.In addition,we took Foshan Diejiao Project as an empirical case to carry out research work combining field survey and questionnaire interview.Based on urban development demands and residents’ demands,we propose the sustainable development ideas for the development of cultural tourism in the old city.The third part is to put forward the construction ideas and planning schemes for the cultural tourism development in the transformation of the old city of Diejiao,Foshan,and propose practical safeguard measures for the implementation of the scheme.Using the theory of sustainable development of tourism,the theory of old city transformation of tourism,the theory of gentrification of social exchange tourism,and the theory of cultural tourism product development,this artical discusses the importance of tourism participation,population structure stability,and complete social relations of the main residents of community culture for the sustainable development of cultural tourism in the old city.and The article puts forward the idea of "2C2E(culture,community,environment,economy)" for the development of cultural tourism in the old city,which is based on the idea of sustainable development of tourism society,economy and environment.The cultural tourism product system of Diejiao old city in Foshan has an in-depth theoretical research foundation.As the construction and implementation of tourism products require a certain amount of time to verify,I hope that the follow-up tracking and research can be responded to and confirmed.更多还原
