【摘要】 小微企业能够带动就业,创造收入,为市场经济注入活力,为我国的经济发展作出了很大的贡献。但由于小微企业在成长过程中受自身存在的缺陷以及国内国际复杂紧张环境的制约,面临着经营成本大、压力大、融资难等一系列困难,制约着小微企业的成长。陕西省作为西北地区的核心区域,小微企业数量众多,发展壮大小微企业是必不可少的。尽管陕西省不断提高对小微企业的重视程度,出台了一系列政策帮助小微企业缓解难题,以实现自身的发展。但是,与东部沿海地区相比,陕西省小微企业起步晚,自身实力较差,仍具有很大差距,受多方面因素制约影响,发展缓慢,因此研究和了解影响小微企业成长的因素至关重要,本文基于对当地小微企业的问卷调查,以阐明小微企业成长影响因素和对策。本文通过分析和研究相关的理论依据,发现和总结影响陕西省小微企业成长的因素,并利用因子分析进行实证分析,进而确定陕西省小微企业成长的主要影响因素。首先,综合分析研究国内和国外关于小微企业成长的相关理论,为本文研究奠定基础;同时,说明了小微企业的概念、划分标准。其次,结合实际分析了陕西省小微企业发展的现状、存在的问题、原因;在国内外学者研究的基础上,以及对陕西省小微企业跟踪调查的了解,从企业内部、外部、财务能力三个层面研究影响陕西省小微企业成长的因素。再次,通过问卷调查的方式获取陕西小微企业影响因素调查问卷数据,利用因子分析法,实证分析调查问卷中的数据,进而确定小微企业成长的主要影响因素。实证结果表明,陕西省小微企业在经过几年的发展后,影响其成长的主要因素是经营管理、人力资源管理、法人资本、融资环境和营业收入。因此,陕西省小微企业想要更加健康成长,主要依靠企业自身的大力发展,同时需要政府和社会共同努力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Small and micro enterprises can promote employment,create income,inject vitality into the market economy and play a great role in social and economic development.However,due to their own defects and the complex and tense environment at home and abroad,small and micro enterprises are facing a series of difficulties such as high operating costs,high pressure and difficult financing,which restrict the growth of small and micro enterprises.As the core area of Northwest China,Shaanxi Province has a large number of small and micro enterprises,and it is essential to develop strong and small micro enterprises.Although Shaanxi province continues to pay more attention to small and micro enterprises,it has issued a series of policies to help small and micro enterprises alleviate problems and deal with the impact of the epidemic.However,compared with the eastern coastal areas,small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province started late,their own strength is poor,there is still a big gap,restricted by many factors,and their development is slow.Therefore,it is very important to study and understand the factors affecting the growth of small and micro enterprises.This paper is based on a questionnaire survey of local small and micro enterprises to clarify the influencing factors and Countermeasures for the growth of small and micro enterprises.The practical problem to be solved in this paper is the growth of small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province.By analyzing and studying the relevant theoretical basis,we find and summarize the factors and reasons that affect the growth of small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province,and use factor analysis for empirical analysis to determine the main influencing factors of the growth of small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province.First of all,a comprehensive analysis of the domestic and foreign theories on the growth of small and micro enterprises has laid the foundation for this study;At the same time,it explains the concept and division standard of small and micro enterprises.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation,problems and reasons of the development of small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province;Based on the research of domestic and foreign scholars and the understanding of the follow-up investigation of small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province,this paper studies the factors affecting the growth of small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province from the three aspects of internal,external and financial capacity.Thirdly,the questionnaire data of influencing factors of small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi are obtained through questionnaire survey,and the data in the questionnaire are empirically analyzed by factor analysis,so as to determine the main influencing factors of the growth of small and micro enterprises.The empirical results show that after several years of development,the main factors affecting the growth of small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province are business management,human resource management,corporate capital,financing environment and operating income.Therefore,small and micro enterprises in Shaanxi Province want to grow more healthily,which mainly depends on the vigorous development of the enterprises themselves,and needs the joint efforts of the government and society.更多还原
