【摘要】 全球化妆品市场持续增长,中国、印度和日本等亚洲国家对化妆品需求强劲,中国已经成为全球第二大化妆品消费市场。化妆品市场的持续增长也会带动化妆品包装市场的增长。CQS集团作为化妆品包装产品的生产厂家也希望抓住行业增长机遇,拓展更多的业务。采购和供应管理作为企业活动不可缺少的一部分,在CQS集团中的企业地位日益提升。在借鉴国内外采购与供应管理相关理论的基础上,如何优化CQS集团采购和供应管理现状以满足集团战略发展要求将是本文研究的课题。本文首先利用SWOT和波特五力分析法对公司优劣势以及内外部环境进行了分析,介绍了CQS集团组织构架不完整、团队能力跟不上企业发展需求、采购流程和系统不够精简、供应商关系管理基础薄弱。其次,利用ABC分类、卡拉杰克矩阵、层次分析法提出合适的采购与供应管理优化建议,包括:优化需求管理、基于物料分类的采购策略、加强供应商关系管理、强化供应商绩效管理,并提出CQS集团需要推行绿色采购,以满足可持续发展的要求。论文最后从采购与供应管理组织架构、流程与系统、人员与团队建设等几个方面提出了实施优化策略的保障措施,设计了关键绩效指标,以评估采购与供应管理优化效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 The global cosmetics market continues to grow,with Strong demand from Asian countries such as China,India and Japan,China has become the second largest cosmetics consumer market in the world.The continued growth of the cosmetics market will also promote the overall growth of the cosmetics packaging market in the coming years.CQS Group,a cosmetic packaging manufacturer,also hopes to catch the opportunity and expand its business.As an integral part of corporate activities,purchasing and supply management plays an increasingly important role in CQS Group’s strategic planning.Based on the relevant theories of procurement and supply management at home and abroad,how to optimize CQS group purchasing and supply management current status is the main research topic of this thesis.Firstly,SWOT and Porter’s five Forces analysis are used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of the company as well as the internal and external environment,it describes the organizational structure of CQS Group,the organizational structure of purchasing and supply management,the system process,the purchasing of materials and suppliers,and also analysis of current situation and the main problems existing in CQS group,including low customer satisfaction with delivery,long time for product development,material shortage issue.Then,the fishbone diagram analysis was used to analyze the root causes of the current problem: Lack of purchasing strategy,incomplete organizational structure,team capability need improve,purchasing process and system are not streamlined enough,supplier relationship management foundation is weak.Secondly,ABC classification,Karajack matrix and analytic hierarchy process are used to put forward appropriate suggestions on purchasing and supply management optimization,including optimize demand management,define purchasing strategy based on material classification,strengthening supplier relationship management,strengthening supplier performance management,at the same time mentioned CQS group needs to carry out green procurement to meet the requirements of sustainable development.Finally,the thesis puts forward the guarantee measures to implement the optimization strategy from the aspects of purchasing and supply management organization structure,process and system,personnel and team building,and designs key performance indicators to evaluate the optimize effect of purchasing and supply management.更多还原
