W公司动力电池系统产品开发流程优化研究

【摘要】 随着我国新能源汽车行业的快速发展,上下游产业链也得到了快速发展。动力电池系统是新能源汽车的关键核心零部件之一。动力电池系统产品开发流程是相关企业产品开发的指导准则,决定着产品能否按照既定目标实现,其结果直接影响着产品在市场竞争力方面的表现。随着市场竞争环境的日趋激烈,如何能够又快又好的完成产品开发将是考验企业治理的关键。W公司作为汽车电动力系统产品生产企业,面对日趋激烈的市场竞争环境,传统的产品开发流程已经无法满足当前阶段产品的市场需求,急需对流程进行优化。本文以W公司动力电池系统产品开发流程为研究对象,首先阐述了流程优化的理论和方法。其次,介绍了W公司的整体概况以及目前产品开发流程的现状,通过案例分析、专家访谈及问卷调查总结出了目前流程中存在的主要问题及问题原因分析。再次,基于并行工程理论和产品及生命周期优化理论等相关知识,使用流程优化的相关方法,提出了W公司动力电池系统产品开发流程的优化方案,具体包括:(1)扩大需求来源(2)引入并行工程缩短开发周期(3)应用产品及生命周期优化法优化组织架构(4)重构项目团队提升沟通效率(5)压缩流程中的非增值项。最后,为进一步保障通过优化后的流程得以全面落实,提出了人员保障、制度保障、组织保障和技术保障等流程实施的保障措施,另外通过在试点项目H项目上的应用验证了流程优化方案的有效性。本文结合W公司的实际情况对其动力电池系统产品开发流程的优化研究,不仅对提升W公司产品市场竞争力有一定的帮助,与此同时,对于其他同类型企业在实际发展过程中解决相关问题也有一定的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of my country’s new energy vehicle industry,the upstream and downstream industry chains have also developed rapidly.The power battery system is one of the key core components of new energy vehicles.The power battery system product development process is the guiding principle for the product development of related companies,which determines whether the product can be realized according to the established goal,and the result directly affects the performance of the product in terms of market competitiveness.With the increasingly fierce market competition environment,how to complete product development quickly and well will be the key to testing corporate governance.As a manufacturer of automotive electric power system products,W Company faces the increasingly fierce market competition environment,the traditional product development process can no longer meet the market demand of the products at the current stage,and it is urgent to optimize the process.This paper takes the product development process of W company’s power battery system as the research object,and firstly expounds the theory and method of process optimization.Secondly,it introduces the overall overview of W Company and the current status of the product development process,and summarizes the main problems existing in the current process and the analysis of the causes of the problems through case analysis,expert interviews and questionnaire surveys.Thirdly,based on the related knowledge of concurrent engineering theory and product and life cycle optimization theory,and using related methods of process optimization,an optimization plan for the product development process of W Company’s power battery system is proposed,including:(1)Expanding demand sources(2)Introduce concurrent engineering to shorten the development cycle(3)Apply product and life cycle optimization to optimize the organizational structure(4)Restructure the project team to improve communication efficiency(5)Compress non-value-added items in the process.Finally,in order to further ensure that the optimized process can be fully implemented,the guarantee measures for the process implementation such as personnel guarantee,system guarantee,organizational guarantee and technical guarantee are proposed.effectiveness.Based on the actual situation of W Company,the optimization research of its power battery system product development process will not only help to improve the market competitiveness of W Company’s products,but also help other companies of the same type to solve related problems in the actual development process.There are also some references.
