【摘要】 习近平总书记在学校思想政治理论课教师座谈会(以下简称“思政课教师座谈会”)上提出大中小学思政课一体化建设,这明确了新时代思政课建设与发展的方向。思政课对培养青年人才具有重大意义,办好思政课关键在于做好教师培育和发展工作,但当前思政课教师队伍建设存在的问题影响了思政课育人目标的实现。本文将思政课教师队伍建设作为研究对象,以思政课一体化为背景,分析其存在的问题,找出相应的对策做好思政课教师队伍发展工作,以实现各学段思政课的发展,从而推动思政课一体化建设。本文共分为五个部分。第一部分是绪论,探讨了研究背景及意义、剖析了国内外相关学者的研究现状,发现国内外关于这一方面的研究尚有改进之处,阐述了本文的研究思路、研究方法以及创新点,并通过查阅文献资料,对大中小学思政课一体化以及思政课教师队伍建设的国内外研究现状进行了综述,为接下来的研究奠定了基础。第二部分是对大中小学一体化与思政课教师队伍建设的相关概述。先从大中小学一体化的内涵、基本要求及大中小学思政课教师队伍建设的内涵、特征入手,为接下来的研究打下基础。然后分析了两者的的关系,以及大中一体化视阈下加强思政课教师队伍建设的理论基础,为本文研究提供理论支撑。第三部分是大中小学一体化视阈下思政课教师队伍建设的必要性及要求。第四部分是在前一章的基础上分析大中小学一体化视阈下思政课教师队伍存在的问题及原因。通过对相关文献的查阅,并通过到校实际调查,找出了存在的问题,并分析了问题产生的原因,为之后的对策的提供了方向。第五部分是大中小学一体化视阈下思政课教师队伍建设的对策。结合以上内容,提出了具有针对性的对策。首先,建立定期交流的教学研讨机制;其次,营造有利于思政课教师队伍建设的良好环境;再次,努力提高思政课教师整体素质;最后,增强学生对思政课教师队伍的价值认同。更多还原

【Abstract】 General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the goal of integrating ideological and political courses in universities,secondary and primary schools at the school’s ideological and political theory teacher seminar(hereinafter referred to as the "ideological and political teachers seminar"),which points out the direction for promoting the connotation development of ideological and political courses in the new era.Ideological and political courses are of great significance to cultivating young talents.The key to running ideological and political courses is to do a good job in teacher training and development.However,the current problems in the construction of the ideological and political courses have affected the realization of the goal of ideological and political education.This article takes the construction of the ideological and political course teacher team as the research object,with the integration of ideological and political courses as the background,analyzes its existing problems,and finds out the corresponding countermeasures to do a good job in the development of the ideological and political course teachers in order to achieve the development of the ideological and political courses in each stage,so as to promote the integrated construction of ideological and political courses.This article is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction.It discusses the research background and significance,analyzes the research status of relevant scholars at home and abroad,and finds that there are still improvements in research in this area at home and abroad,and expounds the research ideas,research methods and innovations of this article.And by consulting the literature,it summarized the research status of the integration of ideological and political courses in colleges,middle schools and primary schools and the construction of ideological and political courses teachers at home and abroad,which laid the foundation for the following research.The second part is an overview of the integration of universities,middle schools and primary schools and the construction of ideological and political teachers.Start with the connotation and basic requirements of the integration of universities,middle schools and primary schools,as well as the connotations and characteristics of the construction of the ideological and political teachers of universities,middle schools and primary schools,to lay the foundation for the following research.Then it analyzes the relationship between the two,as well as the theoretical basis for strengthening the construction of ideological and political teachers under the vision of the integration of universities and middle schools,and provides theoretical support for the research of this article.The third part is the necessity and requirements of the construction of ideological and political teachers under the vision of the integration of universities,middle schools and primary schools.The fourth part is based on the previous chapter to analyze the problems and reasons of the ideological and political teachers under the vision of the integration of universities,middle schools and primary schools.Through the review of relevant literature and the actual investigation in the school,the existing problems were found,and the reasons for the problems were analyzed,so that the subsequent countermeasures provided the direction.The fifth part is the countermeasures for the construction of ideological and political teachers under the vision of the integration of universities,middle schools and primary schools.Combining the above content,a targeted countermeasure is proposed.First,establish a teaching and discussion mechanism for regular exchanges;second,create a good environment that is conducive to the construction of ideological and political teachers;third,strive to improve the overall quality of ideological and political teachers;and finally,enhance students’ value recognition of the ideological and political teachers.更多还原
