【摘要】 英烈是中华民族的脊梁和时代发展的先锋,英烈精神是中国精神的浓缩精华,展现了革命历史、红色文化的重要基因,蕴含着丰富的科学内涵及时代价值。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次强调要铭记历史,缅怀英烈,崇尚英烈,传承英烈精神。英烈精神是夺取新时代伟大斗争胜利的动力支撑,在实现中华民族伟大复兴梦的过程中要继续传承英烈精神。鉴于此,本文紧紧围绕英烈精神时代价值与传承展开研究,主要包括以下五部分:第一部分,立足时代所需,阐述选题的研究背景及意义,通过梳理国内外关于英烈精神的研究现状,厘清选题的研究思路,提出了研究方法和创新之处。第二部分,准确凝练英烈精神的科学内涵和鲜明特征,并基于马克思主义经典作家对英烈精神的阐发、中华民族优秀传统文化对英烈精神的彰显、中国共产党对英烈精神的淬炼三个方面探讨了英烈精神产生的思想源流。第三部分,深入挖掘英烈精神的时代价值。从国家层面来看,英烈精神为推进党的建设新的伟大工程筑牢思想基石,为发展中国特色社会主义事业提供精神动力,为坚定中国特色社会主义文化自信输送养分,最终为实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦凝聚力量。从社会层面来看,英烈精神有助于提升国家认同感,有助于增强民族自信心与自豪感,有助于弘扬社会主义道德新风尚,为培育和践行社会主义核心价值观强基固本。从个人层面来看,英烈精神能厚植时代新人的爱国情怀,涵养时代新人的崇高信仰,催生时代新人的奉献理念,强化时代新人担当意识,为塑造时代新人的人格品质指明航向。第四部分,客观评析传承英烈精神的机遇与挑战。一方面,多方位的政策支持、深厚的人文积淀、扎实的实践根基为传承英烈精神提供时代契机;另一方面,传承英烈精神仍将面临的时代困境,比如历史虚无主义思潮对英烈精神的解构、新媒体负面影响对英烈精神的冲击、代际传承弱化倾向对英烈精神的挑战等。鉴于此,传承英烈精神要把握好时代机遇,面对挑战,找到回应之举措。第五部分,探索传承英烈精神的有效路径。传承英烈精神要明晰英烈精神研究原则、拓展英烈精神理论研究视域、创新英烈精神理论研究方法,不断夯实传承英烈精神的理论基础;要从规范烈士纪念设施保护管理制度、强化英雄烈士抚恤优待制度、完善英雄烈士人格权益保护制度来健全传承英烈精神的制度保障;要通过强化教育引导、打造宣传精品、推动社会实践来促进传承英烈精神的实践养成。更多还原

【Abstract】 The martyrs is the backbone of the Chinese nation and the pioneer of the development of the times.the martyrs’ spirit is the condensed essence of the Chinese spirit.It shows the important genes of revolutionary history and red culture,and contains rich scientific connotation and time value.Since the 18 th CPC National Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping has repeatedly emphasized the importance of remembering history,remembering the heroes,advocating the heroes,and inheriting the martyrs’ spirit.The martyrs’ spirit is the driving force to win the victory of the great struggle in the new era,and we must continue to inherit the martyrs’ spirit in the process of realizing the dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In view of this,this article closely focuses on the value and inheritance of the martyrs’ spirit in the era,and mainly includes the following five parts:The first part,based on the needs of the times,expounds the research background and significance of the selected topic,through combing the research status of the martyrs’ spirit at home and abroad,clarifying the research ideas of the topic,and putting forward the research methods and innovations.The second part is to accurately condense the scientific connotation and distinctive features of the martyrs’ spirit,and discuss three aspects based on the interpretation of the martyrs’ spirit by the classic Marxist writers,the display of the martyrs’ spirit by the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation,and the tempering of the martyrs’ spirit by the Communist Party of China,that is the source of thought that the martyrs’ spirit produced.The third part is to dig deeper into the era value of the martyrs’ spirit.From a national perspective,the martyrs’ spirit has laid a solid ideological foundation for advancing the new great project of party building,provided spiritual impetus for the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics,provided nutrients for strengthening the socialist culture with Chinese characteristics,and ultimately realized the greatness of the Chinese nation.Renaissance of the Chinese Dream gathers strength.From a social perspective,the martyrs’ spirit helps to enhance national identity,enhance national self-confidence and pride,and thus strengthen the foundation for cultivating and practicing the core values of socialism.From a personal perspective,the martyrs’ spirit can cultivate the patriotic feelings of the new people of the times,cultivate the lofty beliefs of the new people of the times,promote the dedication concept of the new people of the times,strengthen the concept of the new people of the times,and thus point the course for shaping the personality of the new people of the times.The fourth part is to objectively analyze the opportunities and challenges of passing on the martyrs’ spirit.On the one hand,multi-faceted policy support,deep cultural accumulation,and solid practical foundation provide an opportunity for the inheritance of the martyrs’ spirit;on the other hand,the inheritance of the martyrs’ spirit will still face the dilemma of the times,such as the deconstruction of the martyrs’ spirit by the historical nihilism,the impact of the negative influence of the new media on the martyrs’ spirit,and the challenge to the martyrs’ spirit from the weakening tendency of generational inheritance.In view of this,the inheritance of the martyrs’ spirit must grasp the opportunities of the times,face the challenges,and find measures to respond.The fifth part explores the effective way to pass on the martyrs’ spirit.To inherit the martyrs’ spirit,we must clarify the principles of martyrs’ spirit research,expand the horizons of theoretical research on martyrs’ spirit,innovate the theoretical research methods of martyrs’ spirit,and continuously consolidate the theoretical foundation for inheriting the martyrs’ spirit;we must standardize the martyrs’ memorial facility protection and management system and strengthen the heroic martyrs’ compensation and preferential treatment system,Improve the protection system of heroes and martyrs’ personality rights to improve the system guarantee for the inheritance of the martyrs’ spirit;it is necessary to promote the practice of inheriting the martyrs’ spirit by strengthening education and guidance,creating high-quality publicity products,and promoting social practices.更多还原
