【摘要】 随着网络应用技术的不断创新,新旧媒介形态融合发展,共同构成了全媒体智能化网络时代。习近平总书记曾多次强调加强网络强国建设和高校思想政治教育工作的重要性,为研究指明方向。在全媒体时代,网络对大学生网民的思想道德观念和情感价值态度影响愈发深刻,改变了其行为模式,给网络思想政治教育工作带来新的挑战。如何依托全媒体信息技术提升大学生网络思想政治教育实效性,是一个必然要面对的时代问题。研究以阐述理论——分析调研——提出对策为思路,探讨全媒体时代大学生网络思想政治教育实效性的相关内容。首先,论述研究背景和意义、国内外研究现状、研究内容与方法、论文创新点。其次,从梳理全媒体、网络思想政治教育和全媒体时代大学生网络思想政治教育的概念入手,阐述基本特征,进而厘清内在的逻辑关系,为研究提供理论支撑。再次,通过调查问卷考察大学生网络思想政治教育发展现状,总结出全媒体交往方式下教育主客体互动效果有待提高、全媒体表达方式下教育内容创新性不足、全媒体传播方式下教育环境管控难度加大的问题,并针对问题逐一分析制约因素。最后,基于全媒体时代信息交互传播方式,综合考虑大学生行为特点,探寻出以下提升网络思想政治教育实效性对策:从优化网络思想政治教育主客体角度,打造高质量网络思想政治教育主体、培养高素质网络思想政治教育客体、完善高效率网络思想政治教育双向互动;从创新网络思想政治教育内容角度,以社会主义核心价值体系为导向、彰显教育内容人文性特征、显性教育与隐性教育内容相结合;从改善网络思想政治教育环境角度,提高信息发布者网络道德自律意识、加强媒体运营者积极正向舆情引导、深化政府监管者网络运营体系治理。全媒体技术实现了教育资源共享、教育理念更新、教育模式突破,思想政治教育要紧抓时代机遇,借力全媒体落实立德树人根本任务,提高大学生的思想道德素质,从而提升大学生网络思想政治教育实效性。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous innovation of network application technology and the integration of new and old media forms,an all media intelligent network era has been formed.In the all media era,the Internet has a more and more profound impact on the ideological and moral concepts and emotional values of College Students’ Internet users,changing their behavior patterns,and bringing new challenges to the ideological and political education on the Internet.How to rely on all media information technology to improve the effectiveness of College Students’ Network Ideological and political education is an inevitable problem of the times.The research takes the idea of expounding theory,analyzing and investigating,and putting forward countermeasures to explore the relevant contents of the effectiveness of College Students’ Network Ideological and political education in the all media era.Firstly,it discusses the research background and significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,and the innovation of the paper.Secondly,starting with combing the concepts of all media,network ideological and political education and college students’ Network Ideological and political education in the all media era,this paper expounds the basic characteristics,and then clarifies the internal logical relationship,so as to provide theoretical support for the research.Thirdly,through the questionnaire to investigate the current situation of the development of College Students’ Online Ideological and political education,it summarizes the problems that the interaction effect between the subject and object of education needs to be improved under the all media communication mode,the lack of innovation of educational content under the all media expression mode,and the increasing difficulty of educational environment control under the all media communication mode,and analyzes the constraints one by one.Finally,based on the interactive communication mode of information in the all media era and comprehensively considering the behavior characteristics of college students,this paper explores the following countermeasures to improve the effectiveness of Online Ideological and Political Education: from the perspective of optimizing the subject and object of Online Ideological and political education,create high-quality online ideological and political education subjects,cultivate high-quality online ideological and political education objects,and improve the two-way interaction of efficient online ideological and political education;From the perspective of innovating the content of network ideological and political education,we should take the socialist core value system as the guide,highlight the humanistic characteristics of educational content,and combine explicit education with implicit education;From the perspective of improving the network ideological and political education environment,we should improve the network moral self-discipline awareness of information publishers,strengthen the positive public opinion guidance of media operators,and deepen the governance of the network operation system of government regulators.All media technology has realized the sharing of educational resources,the renewal of educational ideas and the breakthrough of educational models.Ideological and political education should seize the opportunities of the times,use all media to implement the fundamental task of Building Morality and cultivating people,and improve the ideological and moral quality of college students,so as to improve the effectiveness of Online Ideological and political education for college students.更多还原
