电网公司供应链时间管理模型研究及应用

【摘要】 随着党中央“十四五”建设任务的确立,越来越多企业提出走“高质量发展”的转型道路,旨在全面激发内外部潜在活力,深化供给侧结构性改革,逐步提升人、财、物精益化管理水平。电力作为保障人民生产生活的重要组成部分,影响着社会经济稳定,具有难以替代的重要意义,随着电力市场改革的不断深化,电力公司也日渐感受到了竞争对手所带来的压力,因此如何优质高效地完成电力工程建设,给电网公司提出了新的课题。电力工程建设离不开物资供应的保障,本文以电网公司供应链质量为切入点,从时间维度对现有供应链进行了细致研究,根据工作实践,总结出了各个环节的影响要素,通过供应链数据数据分析,建立了配网工程物资的供应链时间模型。针对所建立的时间模型,本文通过生产实践数据,对模型中的每个影响系数进行了分析计算,形成了具体的、可应用的供应链时间模型算式。通过模拟随机事件的发生,对输出结果进行研究,归纳总结出影响供应链时间的根本问题。本文还对影响供应链时间的根本问题进行了优化,提出了通过VMI库存管理策略(供应商寄存)的优化方案,并给出了供应商寄存中需求预测、仓库选址等方面的建议。最后通过实践应用与验证,证明了供应商寄存模式较原有管理链条的优势,为扩大寄存规模提供了理论基础和试点经验。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the establishment of the "14th five year plan" construction task of the CPC Central Committee,more and more enterprises propose to take the transformation path of "high-quality development",comprehensively stimulate the internal and external potential vitality,deepen the supply side structural reform,and gradually improve the lean management level of human,financial and material.As an important part of ensuring people’s production and life,power affects social and economic stability and is of irreplaceable significance.With the continuous deepening of power market reform,power companies are increasingly feeling the pressure brought by competitors.Therefore,how to complete power engineering construction with high quality and efficiency puts forward a new topic for power grid companies.Power engineering construction is inseparable from the guarantee of material supply.Taking the supply chain quality of power grid company as the starting point,this paper makes a detailed study on the existing supply chain from the time dimension,summarizes the influencing factors of each link according to the work practice,and establishes the supply chain time model of distribution network engineering materials through data analysis method.According to the established time model,this paper analyzes and calculates each influence coefficient in the model through the production practice data,and forms a specific and applicable calculation formula of supply chain time model.By simulating the occurrence of random events,the output results are studied,and the fundamental problems affecting the supply chain time are summarized.This paper also optimizes the fundamental problems affecting the supply chain time,puts forward the optimization scheme through VMI inventory management strategy(supplier deposit),and gives suggestions on demand prediction and warehouse location in supplier deposit.Finally,through practical application and verification,it proves the advantages of the supplier deposit mode over the original management chain,and provides a theoretical basis and pilot experience for expanding the deposit scale.更多还原
