制造企业数字化转型发展评价与影响因素研究

【摘要】 当前,数字经济是加速全球经济发展的重要驱动力。作为数字经济发展的主要着力点,数字化转型以大数据、人工智能等数字技术为抓手,广泛赋能各行业各领域,已成为激发企业创新活力、推动经济发展质量变革与效率变革、提升自身数字竞争力的核心驱动。制造业是我国国民经济的基础,在深化供给侧结构性改革、国内国际双循环背景下,制造企业的数字化转型是培育我国制造业竞争优势、实现制造强国的有效路径。本文选取宝钢为案例企业,选用熵权法对我国制造企业数字化转型发展进行评价与分析,在此基础上运用扎根理论法对制造企业数字化转型影响因素进行探究。根据企业数字化转型内涵以及钢铁企业为代表的企业数字化转型发展现状与发展趋势,并参考国内外专家学者们关于企业数字化转型及其评价、影响因素相关文献,从数字化基础设施、数字化研发、数字化技术应用、数字化营销、数字化人才五个角度构建了制造企业数字化转型发展评价指标体系,应用熵权法对宝钢2012-2019年数字化转型发展水平进行评价。结果显示:宝钢的数字化转型发展水平呈现波动上升趋势,尽管2017-2018年有下降的态势,但2019年数字化转型发展水平迅速回升,分项指标与总评水平皆为显著。其次,梳理宝钢数字化转型实践的相关资料,依据扎根理论法展开编码分析,研究得出制造企业数字化转型发展的三个方面的影响因素,分别为:数字化能力、支撑因素、外部因素。其中,数字化能力是制造企业转型的内部因素与关键因素,也是企业数字化转型发展水平评价的主要内容;支撑因素是制造企业增强数字化能力、成功转型的重要支撑,外部因素是引发制造企业进行转型的情景变量。最后,结合本文研究结果对制造企业数字化转型提出对策建议。

【Abstract】 At present,digital economy is an important driving force for accelerating global economic development.As an important focus of the development of the digital economy,digital transformation,with big data,artificial intelligence and other digital technologies as the starting point,has become the core driver to stimulate the innovation vitality of enterprises,promote the transformation of economic development quality and efficiency,and improve their own digital competitiveness.Manufacturing is the foundation of China’s national economy.Under the background of deepening supply-side structural reform and domestic and international double cycle,digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises is an effective way to cultivate China’s manufacturing competitive advantages and achieve manufacturing power.This paper selects Baosteel as a case enterprise and studies the evaluation and influencing factors of digital transformation development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises by using entropy weight method and grounded theory method.On the basis of combing the literature of domestic and foreign experts and scholars on enterprise digital transformation and its evaluation and influencing factors,combining the connotation and development factor characteristics of manufacturing enterprise digital transformation,The evaluation index system of digital transformation and development of manufacturing enterprises was constructed from five perspectives of digital infrastructure,digital research and development,digital technology application,digital human resources and digital marketing.The entropy weight method was applied to evaluate the level of digital transformation and development of Baosteel from 2012 to 2019.The results show that the development level of digital transformation of Baosteel shows an upward trend of fluctuation.Although there is a downward trend in 2017-2018,the development level of digital transformation rapidly picks up in 2019,with significant sub-index and general evaluation level.Secondly,the relevant data of Baosteel’s digital transformation practice are sorted out,and the grounded theory method is used for coding analysis.The three influencing factors of manufacturing enterprises’digital transformation and development were studied,namely,digital capability,supporting factors and external factors.Among them,digital capability is the internal factor and key factor of manufacturing enterprise transformation,and also the main content of enterprise digital transformation development level evaluation;Supporting factors are important support for the successful transformation of manufacturing enterprises to enhance their digital capabilities,and external factors are situational variables that trigger the transformation of manufacturing enterprises.Finally,combined with the research results of this paper,the countermeasures and suggestions for the digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises are put forward.
