【摘要】 2018年习近平在全国教育大会上提出要“培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人”,并强调要“教育引导学生崇尚劳动、尊重劳动,懂得劳动最光荣、劳动最崇高、劳动最伟大、劳动最美丽的道理,长大后能够辛勤劳动、诚实劳动、创造性劳动。”2020年中共中央、国务院颁发了《关于全面加强新时代大中小学劳动教育的意见》,这些为新时代对大学生进行劳动观教育提供了理论指导和政策支持。劳动观是人们对劳动的看法和态度,决定着对劳动的价值判断和价值选择。青年是祖国富强和民族振兴的希望和坚实力量,他们的劳动价值取向事关整个社会未来的劳动价值取向,大学时代是青年劳动观从青涩转向成熟的关键时期,必须重视这一阶段对大学生劳动观的培塑。加强大学生劳动观教育,符合培养全面发展“时代新人”的本质要求,有助于大学生形成正确择业就业观,有利于培育和践行社会主义核心价值观,更有助于“中国梦”的实现。新时代对大学生进行劳动观教育应以马克思恩格斯的劳动观及其教育思想、中国共产党历代领导人关于劳动观的论述为理论基础,学习借鉴我国传统劳动文化中蕴含的积极劳动观、国外关于劳动观及其教育的相关理念,特别要以习近平的劳动观为指导,围绕劳动光荣观教育、劳动价值观教育、劳动创新观教育等内容展开,使大学生真正崇尚劳动、热爱劳动、尊重劳动。通过调查研究,可以看到,新时代大学生劳动观总体上呈现出好的态势,如绝大多数学生对新时代“四最”劳动观、优秀传统劳动文化和创新劳动意义的认同度较高,但是同时也存在一些问题,少数学生在劳动目的意义观、劳动分工观上出现认知偏差,在劳动实践观上存在“佛系”思想、在劳动成果观上态度不端正。通过对大学生劳动观呈现消极表现的原因进行分析,得出:大学生个体接受劳动观教育的主观能动性较弱、家庭缺乏正确的劳动观教育理念、学校劳动观教育资源供给不足和社会环境存在一些不良影响因素是主要诱因。立足调研结果与逻辑论证,对新时代加强大学生劳动观教育的实践路径进行探索,认为:大学生劳动观教育应坚持协同化原则,也就是必须建立学生自我教育、家庭教育、学校教育和社会教育的协同教育机制,使四种力量凝聚为一种教育合力。首先,大学生应提高自我教育能力,发挥自身“主观能动性”。其次,家长要重视劳动观教育,当好子女“第一任老师”。再次,学校要丰富劳动观教育资源,发挥好“主阵地”作用。最后,社会要营造劳动观教育氛围,守好社会教育“责任田”。更多还原

【Abstract】 Xi Jinping in 2018 at the national education conference to "cultivate moral,intellectual and physical all-round development of socialist builders and successors",and stressed to " education guide students to advocate labor,respect labor,labor is the most glorious,the most noble,the greatest,the most beautiful truth,grow up to hard work,honest work,creative work." In 2020,the CPC Central Committee and The State Council issued the Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening Labor Education in Universities,Primary and Secondary Schools in the New Era,which provides theoretical guidance and policy support for the labor concept education of college students in the new era.The view of labor is people’s view and attitude towards labor,which determines the value judgment and value choice of labor.Youth are the hope and solid force of the prosperity of the motherland and the revitalization of the nation.Their labor value orientation is related to the future labor value orientation of the whole society.College age is the key period for youth to change their labor concept from youth to maturity.We must pay attention to the cultivation of college students’ labor concept at this stage.Strengthening the education of college students’ labor view is in line with the essential requirements of cultivating "new people of The Times",helps college students to form a correct view of employment,conducive to cultivating and practice of socialist core values,and more conducive to the realization of the "Chinese Dream".New era of college students ’labor education should be Marx and Engels’ labor and education thought,the communist party of China leaders about labor on theory,learn from our traditional labor culture contains positive labor,foreign about labor and education related ideas,especially to Xi Jinping thought on labor,around labor glory education,labor values education,labor innovation education,make college students really advocate labor,love labor,respect labor.Through the investigation and study,you can see that the new era of college students’ labor overall presents a good situation,such as the vast majority of students to the new era "four" labor,excellent traditional labor culture and innovation labor significance identity degree is higher,but there are some problems,a few students in the purpose of labor meaning,labor division cognitive deviation,on the labor practice concept "Buddha" thought,on the labor achievement attitude is not correct.Through the analysis of the reasons for the negative performance of college students’ labor concept,it is concluded that individual college students have weak subjective initiative of labor concept education,families lack of correct education concept of labor concept,and some adverse influence factors in social environment are the main causes.Based on the research results and logic,the new era to strengthen the college students ’labor education practice path to explore,think: college students’ labor education should adhere to the principle of synergy,which is must establish students self education,family education,school education and social education collaborative education mechanism,make four kinds of cohesion as a kind of education force.First of all,college students should improve their self-education ability and give full play to their own "subjective initiative".Secondly,parents should pay attention to the labor concept education,and be a good children’s "first teachers".Thirdly,schools should enrich the labor view education resources and play the role of "main position".Finally,the society should create a labor concept education atmosphere,and keep the social education "responsibility field".更多还原
