【摘要】 体育教学环境是体育教学活动中的重要因素,体育教学环境的优化对提高教学效果,保证教学质量起着重要的作用。体育教学环境是进行教学活动的基础和保障,任何教学活动都不可能离开教学环境进行。与其他学科相比,体育课的开放性特点更易受教学环境影响,对体育教学环境的研究应引起更多关注。本文的研究对象是晋城市初级中学体育教学环境,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计等方法,通过发放学生问卷、教师问卷以及与相关人员访谈,从物理环境和社会环境两大方面对晋城市初级中学体育教学环境的现状作了调查和分析。通过分析整理得出以下结论:1.学校体育场地和器材设施欠缺,学校在场地和器材维护方面没有健全相关制度。2.学校对体育知识理论的学习不够重视,体育资料的储备和体育知识的宣传都不理想。3.体育教师队伍结构不合理,教师年龄整体偏大,缺少高层次体育人才。4.学校体育传统与风气不浓厚,校本课程的开展情况差,体育活动的开展形式也相对单一,没有形成积极的学校体育氛围。针对晋城市初级中学体育教学环境现状存在的问题,提出以下建议:1.政府、学校、家庭三方联合改善教学物理环境,政府相关部门加大对体育教育方面的投资,完善学校的硬件设施,学校联手家庭共同努力,为教学活动的开展提供基础物质保障。2.学校要注重校本体育课程的开发,结合晋城当地民族传统体育项目进行设计,构建具有地方特色的校园体育文化。3.加强师资队伍的建设,将当地人才引进相关政策落实到学校中,提高体育教师薪资待遇,吸引高层次体育教育人才到教师队伍中。更多还原

【Abstract】 Physical education teaching environment is an important factor in physical education teaching activities.The optimization of physical education teaching environment plays an important role in improving teaching effect and ensuring teaching quality.Physical education teaching environment is the basis and guarantee of teaching activities.No teaching activity can be carried out without the teaching environment.Compared with other disciplines,the openness of physical education is more easily affected by the teaching environment.The research on physical education teaching environment should attract more attention.The research object of this paper is the physical education teaching environment of junior middle schools in Jincheng city.Using the methods of literature,questionnaire,interview and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of physical education teaching environment of junior middle schools in Jincheng city from two aspects of physical environment and social environment by issuing student questionnaires,teacher questionnaires and interviews with relevant personnel.Through analysis and sorting,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The school lacks sports venues and equipment facilities,and the school does not improve relevant systems in the maintenance of venues and equipment.2.The school does not pay enough attention to the study of sports knowledge theory,and the storage of sports materials and the publicity of sports knowledge are not ideal.3.The overall age of physical education teachers is too high and the structure of physical education teachers is unreasonable.4.The tradition and atmosphere of school physical education are not strong,the development of school-based curriculum is poor,and the development form of sports activities is relatively single,which does not form a positive school physical education atmosphere.In view of the current situation and existing problems of physical education teaching environment in junior middle schools in Jincheng City,the following suggestions are put forward: 1 The government,schools and families jointly improve the teaching physical environment.Relevant government departments increase investment in physical education and improve the hardware facilities of schools.Schools work together with families to provide basic material guarantee for the development of teaching activities.2.The school should pay attention to the development of school-based physical education curriculum,design in combination with the local national traditional sports in Jincheng,and build a campus sports culture with local characteristics.3.Strengthen the construction of teaching staff,implement relevant policies on the introduction of local talents into schools,improve the salary of physical education teachers,and attract high-level physical education talents to the teaching staff.更多还原
