【摘要】 在全域旅游和乡村振兴战略发展背景下,佛山乡村旅游的发展进入快车道。人们到周边乡村短途游的需求增加,从而促进了民宿市场的发展。于此同时,在乡村城镇化进程中,村中的老旧民宅出现闲置荒废情况比较普遍。经营者这些闲置民宅改造成民宿,一方面避免了大拆大建节省建设成本,另一方面可以保留原有民宅的特色增强民宿吸引力。另外此类民宅在改造成民宿过程中,因为没有特定的行业标准与规范,也凸显了一些改造乱象。本文聚焦于佛山乡村中普遍存在的非传统型老旧民宅,以及此类民宅改造成的民宿,探讨佛山乡村老旧民居改造民宿的设计策略。论文基于佛山若干村庄的实地调研分析佛山老旧民居的现状及特征,以及若干现有改造为民宿案例状况和存在的问题,总结和提出佛山非传统型老旧民居改民宿的设计策略,并根据实践项目对部分策略的应用进行探索。本文对佛山乡村老旧民居改造民宿的研究与思考主要分为四个部分,五个章节:首先明确了研究背景、研究目的与意义,对研究对象和范围进行了界定,制定研究的方法和理论框架。其次在第二章分析了佛山乡村民居的现状,在佛山民居概况、佛山乡村民居的地域特征两个方面分类、总结了佛山乡村老旧民宅的特征,并对非传统型的老旧民宅进行了重点的归类与分析,并且总结出老旧民居的问题。在该类民居类型认知的基础上,对佛山本地该类民居改造成的民宿案例进行实际调研,分析其改造的优缺点,并且与国内外优秀案例进行比较研究,总结民居改造民宿的共性,为下文的改造方法做铺垫。然后第四章从老旧民居改造原则、规划背景层面以及建筑本体功能改造三个方面进行设计策略研究。突出强调了整体地域性构建、有机更新、改造技术的影响三个大的改造原则方向。在以上三个原则基础上,结合佛山发展背景以及条件,针对建筑单体提出核心空间强化、特色空间营造等具体改造策略。最后通过顺德沙头村老旧民宅进行具体的方案设计实践,应用前文的改造设计策略及方法,以及总结归纳论文的不足之处及展望。通过本文的研究,希望可以给佛山乃至珠三角的老旧民居改造利用提供一定的借鉴思路,为此类民居改造成的民宿研究提供考察与研究视角。更多还原

【Abstract】 Under the background of global tourism and Rural Revitalization Strategy,the development of rural tourism in Foshan has entered the fast lane.People’s demand for short trips to the surrounding villages has increased,which has promoted the development of the B& B market.At the same time,in the process of rural urbanization,it is common for the old houses in the village to be idle and abandoned.Operators can transform these idle residential houses into B & B,on the one hand,avoid large-scale demolition and construction,and save construction costs.On the other hand,they can retain the characteristics of the original residential houses and enhance the attraction of B & B.In addition,in the process of transforming such houses into B & B,because there are no specific industry standards and norms,it also highlights some transformation chaos.This paper focuses on the non-traditional old residential houses prevalent in the villages of Foshan and the B & B transformed from such residential houses,and discusses the design strategy of B & B transformed from old residential houses in the villages of Foshan.Based on the field investigation of several villages in Foshan,this paper analyzes the current situation and characteristics of old residential houses in Foshan,as well as the status and existing problems of some existing cases of transformation into B & B,summarizes and puts forward the design strategy of transforming non-traditional old residential houses into B & B in Foshan,and explores the application of some strategies according to practical projects.The research and Thinking on the transformation of old rural residential houses in Foshan is mainly divided into four parts and five chapters:Firstly,it defines the research background,purpose and significance,defines the research object and scope,and formulates the research method and theoretical framework.Secondly,the second chapter analyzes the current situation of Foshan rural houses,classifies and summarizes the characteristics of Foshan rural old houses in two aspects: the general situation of Foshan rural houses and the regional characteristics of Foshan rural houses,focuses on the classification and analysis of non-traditional old houses,and summarizes the problems of old houses.Based on the cognition of this type of residential buildings,this paper makes a practical investigation on the home stay cases transformed from this type of residential buildings in Foshan,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of their transformation,makes a comparative study with excellent cases at home and abroad,summarizes the commonalities of home stay transformation,and paves the way for the transformation methods below.Then the fourth chapter studies the design strategy from three aspects: the transformation principle of old residential buildings,the planning background and the functional transformation of building ontology.The three major transformation principles and directions of overall regional construction,organic renewal and the influence of transformation technology are highlighted.On the basis of the above three principles,combined with the development background and conditions of Foshan,this paper puts forward specific transformation strategies such as strengthening the core space and creating the characteristic space for the single building.Finally,through the specific scheme design practice of old houses in Shatou village,Shunde,the transformation design strategies and methods mentioned above are applied,and the shortcomings and prospects of the paper are summarized.Through the research of this paper,I hope to provide some reference ideas for the transformation and utilization of old residential buildings in Foshan and even the Pearl River Delta,and provide an investigation and research perspective for the research on the transformation of such residential buildings into Home stay.更多还原
